A haunting final video of the 15-year-old boy and his friend who killed him by shoving a hose up his anus has surfaced online.
The footage was filmed inside a carpentry workshop in Bozova, Turkey, where Muhammed Kendirci had been working as a trainee carpenter.
In the clip, the late teen can be seen dancing and smiling with Habip Aksoy, 20, and their other coworkers, The Sun reported. The group appears relaxed, smiling and waving their hands in the air, while one person holds what looks like a number plate.
Kendirci was pronounced dead on November 19, 2025, five days after the horrific incident.
Kendirci was working as an apprentice on November 14 when he was allegedly overpowered by Aksoy and an unidentified friend, who first tied his hands.
An air hose was then allegedly inserted into his anus, causing his abdomen to swell up.
Medical teams were dispatched to the scene, and the teen was taken to Bozova Mehmet Enver Yıldırım State Hospital, Milliyet stated.
The victim was then transferred to Balıklıgöl State Hospital, before being moved to Harran University Research and Application Hospital.
Doctors placed him in intensive care, and he remained under treatment for five days before dying.
Aksoy is being prosecuted for "manslaughter with the possible intent against a child" and could possibly spend the rest of his life in jail.
He reportedly released the video to show that he and Kendirci were friends and that the fatal incident was a prank that went disastrously wrong.
The 20-year-old has also alleged in court that the deadly incident had begun while he was trying to remove dust from the teen's clothes.
"He was covered in dust. It happened while I was trying to clean it off," he said. "We were joking around at the time. I did not intend to kill him. I regret it."
Prosecutor Tugay Bek said the man should have "foreseen that the air tube used as the murder weapon would cause death".
"There are no other workers, foremen, or anyone else working in the workshop. There is only an employer and five employees," he continued. "These children do all the work in the workshop. It appears that they did not receive any training on occupational health and safety."
The late teen's funeral was held at the Bozova Asri Cemetery.
His mother, Nebihe Kendirci, attended the court hearing alongside relatives and lawyers.
She spoke before the proceedings, rejecting claims that her son’s death was a joke or an accident.
"We are pursuing justice so that those who took our child from us with a death machine operating at 12 bar receive the punishment they deserve," she said. "We call on everyone who cares, children’s rights defenders and everyone who believes in justice to join our call."
"Do not remain silent. We will not stop until justice is served," she added.
