Gamers stunned as EA FC 27 glitch causes female sports players to appear half-naked
EAFC 27 players have been left seriously confused after an inappropriate glitch appeared to make female soccer players and managers appear on-screen wearing little more than their underwear.
The game has famously displayed some hilarious glitches in the past, from inexplicable disappearances to players sinking into pitches.
The latest instalment in EA Sports' hugely popular soccer franchise launched on Friday, but the reception has been mixed, with players already reporting a string of unusual bugs, one of which surfaced during the game's three-day early access.

Screenshots began circulating, showing female players wearing only black sports bras and underwear, and the peculiar glitch didn't always stop with the players either.
Some gamers claimed female managers had also been affected, with screenshots appearing to show them celebrating goals and embracing players while seemingly dressed only in their underwear.
Unsurprisingly, the unexpected bug quickly became a talking point online, with some fans joking that EA FC 27 was attempting to compete with the long-awaited Grand Theft Auto 6.
One gamer joked on X: “It’s clear why FC 27 is rated +16 years old.”
Gamers identify further issues with the new game
However, the revealing outfits aren't the only glitch frustrating players in the early days of FC 27, with several users reporting issues in Career Mode, including a strange problem that can apparently result in players submitting transfer requests after being left on the bench for several matches.
One player claimed Tottenham star Mohammed Kudus demanded a move after being benched for consecutive games, despite reportedly having low stamina.
Other gamers have encountered a separate issue where substitute players apparently “re-organized themselves” during matches.
Other players have even taken issue with the appearance of the kits, complaining that they are “too shiny,’ despite EA already releasing eight bug fixes, as well as other adjustments.
The new game also introduces a significant feature called The Grounds, a semi-open-world area where players can explore a small town that serves as a central hub.
Alongside other such changes, Career Mode has also undergone improvement, namely the introduction of a rebuilt transfer market alongside changes designed to improve player progression.
While gamers will be having a good old laugh at the players’ inadvertent immodesty, developers at EA will no doubt be quickly trying to rectify the bug.
