On Tuesday (October 1), it was revealed that a further 120 people have come forward accusing the 54-year-old of sexual misconduct that goes back more than 20 years.
The allegations are said to be from 60 males and 60 females, and 25 were minors at the time of the alleged misconduct.
"This type of sexual assault, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation should never happen in the United States or anywhere else," Lawyer Tony Buzbee said, per Sky News. "This should have never been allowed to go on for so long. This conduct has created a mass of individuals who are injured, scared, and scarred.
“It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make sure, damn sure, we are right before we do that,” he continued, cited by NBC News. “These names will shock you.”
One man named Justin Litovsky, now 30, alleged in an interview with the New York Post that he was six years old when he unknowingly attended an "afternoon barbecue" thrown by Combs in 1999.
The now 30-year-old said he was left stunned by what he witnessed at the infamous White Party, recalling: "I remember a lot of weed and a bunch of topless women in the pool and around the pool."
He said he was unaware at the time and only "wanted to swim," adding: "I didn't know if t**s were a good thing or a bad thing. But I hoped to jump in."
Justin's mom, Maya Litovsky, also spoke to the outlet about the gathering, sharing: "I did not give my son the opportunity to get in there...There were bottles everywhere and naked women. I wasn’t sure if this was appropriate or normal. I wondered about how kids were allowed into the party to begin with."
The mom said the family left at 9:30PM after spending their afternoon avoiding the drugs and topless women. "The party continued and nobody was getting out of the pool. So, who knows what happened," she added.
Justin remembers not seeing another child at the gathering. "I don’t remember seeing one other child. I’m normally the type to want to go play [with other kids]," he told the outlet.

Although Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the crimes, he has been denied bail twice, even after offering a $50 million bail package.
Buzbee, who is representing over 100 alleged victims, has promised that a list of Combs' long list of "enablers" will be revealed, suggesting that more high-profile individuals could be implicated in alleged sexual misconduct at the rapper's parties.
"We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors," Buzbee declared in a press conference cited by News.com.au. "We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates."
Andrew Van Arsdale, an attorney at the AVA law group which is working with Buzbee, shared that his firm had received more than 3,000 phone calls from people alleging abuse by the entrepreneur.
In addition to the 120 alleged victims, he added that his firm was working to vet another 100 cases.
