John Legend has caught the internet's attention after leaving a very saucy comment on wife Chrissy Teigen's latest Instagram post.
The musician made the comment on a picture of the 35-year-old model as she sat on their living room floor embracing their dog in a black bra and beige undies.
In the video below, Chrissy Teigen shares her lockdown "thirst trap":

The doting mom had tied her brunette hair back into a messy bun for the snap and was wearing a pair of white, fluffy socks.
Teigen captioned the snap: "F**k it!" alongside red love heart and swooning face emojis.
And hilariously, her husband, 41, took this caption all too literally, replying: "Don't mind if I do."
Chrisy replied: Holy s**t dude!!!!"

Legend's comment was spotted by the eagle-eyed Comments By Celebs Instagram page, much to the delight of users.
One fan commented: "THIS IS WHY THE INTERNET WAS INVENTED RIGHT HERE."
A second added: "He really is a Legend."
Whereas a third joked: "i can't be the only one that thought he was talking about the dog. [sic]"
A fourth agreed, joking alongside an embarrassed emoji: "i hope he was referring to chrissy. [sic]"
Meanwhile, a fifth simply wrote: "All I want for Christmas is a relationship like Chrissy & John."
This comes after the couple revealed that they had gotten matching tattoos in memory of their son Jack, who Chrissy tragically miscarried earlier this year.
Celebrity tattoo artist Daniel Winter (also known as Winter Stone) has shared an image of the matching tattoos Legend and Chrissy got in memory of baby Jack.

The picture features the name "Jack" tattooed on the couple's respective arms in a cursive font. It was captioned: "@chrissyteigen @johnlegend My heart is with you, sending you all the love! [sic]"
[[instagramwidget||https://www.instagram.com/p/CGYutPilrb9/]]
And on October 17, Legend shared a video with his 13.3 million Instagram followers of Billboard Music Awards, where he dedicated his live performance of the song 'Never Break' to Chrissy.
Legend wrote in a moving caption: "This is for Chrissy. I love and cherish you and our family so much. We’ve experienced the highest highs and lowest lows together. Watching you carry our children has been so moving and humbling."
[[instagramwidget||https://www.instagram.com/p/CGayTUUpdzG/]]
He added: "I'm in awe of the strength you've shown through the most challenging moments. What an awesome gift it is to be able to bring life into the world. We've experienced the miracle, the power and joy of this gift, and now we've deeply felt its inherent fragility."

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are one of the most popular celebrity couples around, and for good reason. People aren't interested them because of their behind-the-scenes drama, public meltdowns or messy romantic history, but because they're pretty funny and candid when it comes to talking about their lives together.
[[instagramwidget||https://www.instagram.com/p/BntoggPHnRf/]]
Teigen, often dubbed 'the Queen of Twitter' has a huge online presence, where she often shares the kind of relatable stories about adulthood and being a mother that we don't tend to expect from the rich and famous. This often means making jokes at her husband's expense, with some of her burns being all-timers.

After numerous occasions like this, and given how prominent they can be on social media, the musician often gets asked about his wife's tweets in interviews. Last week, he appeared on the Ellen Show, on which DeGeneres asked John whether she ever runs her tweets or Instagram posts by him before she posts them.
"She runs some tweets by me, but she never runs the ones where she's talking about me by me," he explained to the talk show host. "We're next to each other on the couch, and she'll have this devilish look on her face like she's conniving some kind of devious plan, and then the tweet will go out."
[[youtubewidget||https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0WOFXHHoWdk]]
As it turns out, this line of questioning isn't one that Chrissy is a fan of at all. While Teigen didn't call out Ellen specifically, she did reveal that these kind of questions are the ones that bug her the most, in a recent Twitter thread.
"I feel like a very common question when interviewing john is basically “how do you deal with your wife” and ... I don’t love it," she wrote. "It happens a lot. “does she ask you if certain things are okay to say?” ...it’s just very weird to me."

[[twitterwidget||https://twitter.com/chrissyteigen/status/1100619518643040256]]
She goes on to say that not only does he not run anything by her, but that she doesn't care and neither does he.
[[twitterwidget||https://twitter.com/chrissyteigen/status/1100619518643040256]]
She recognises that he has a go-to response for these kind of questions, but she doesn't think it tells the full picture. "He usually does the standard “no...she knows what she’s doing...” but it’s not even that," she said. "It’s just that I am a different human than him? It is theeeee most common question with him. Please stop."
[[twitterwidget||https://twitter.com/chrissyteigen/status/1100620412747079680]]
"I’m not mad at anyone who has asked this. I get that we are very different. It happens a lot though and I’m just not very into it. You don’t ask me how I deal with watching msnbc every night or what I do while he’s silent for a week"

[[twitterwidget||https://twitter.com/chrissyteigen/status/1100625485380218880]]
Her fans were completely on her side about her feelings on the matter, recognising how annoying it could be.

At the end of the day, if she did run any of her tweets by him they wouldn't be nearly as funny, would they?

Chrissy Teigen is the celebrity queen of social media. Last month, the model-turned-all-around superstar delighted her 12.1 million Twitter followers with her response to husband John Legend being named People magazine's 'Sexiest Man Alive'.
Rather than make the conservative statement that many celebrities would be urged to make, Teigen wanted to make sure everybody knew she had bedded the hottest man on the planet and simply couldn't hide her joy.
[[twitterwidget||https://twitter.com/chrissyteigen/status/1194425702021390336]]
She tweeted: "my secret is out. I have fulfilled my dream of having boned @people's sexiest man alive!! an honor!!!!!"
Teigen then changed her Twitter bio to read: "currently sleeping with people's sexiest man alive".
And then the mother-of-two wanted to make Legend's accomplishment a family matter, and shared their kid's reaction to the news that their father was the sexiest man in the world.
But it's safe to say that their kids didn't share the same excitement as their mom:

It is the non-stop banter like this that makes Chrissy Teigen an absolute delight to follow on all social media platforms.
But in a recent interview with Net-a-Porter magazine's PorterEdit, the Teigen says she wishes she took a minute to think things through before commenting, revealing: "Everything 'big' I've ever said was just heat of the moment and sometimes very regrettable. I just pop off too quick. Honestly, it's good to learn that's not necessarily the way to go every time."
However, if she did that, we wouldn't get absolute gems like this.
In a recent picture shared to Teigen's Instagram account, the model has been snapped sitting on some stairs wearing a pink blazer, while her daughter adjusts her outfit. Teigen captioned the cute pic: "on set with my stylist".
[[instagramwidget||https://www.instagram.com/p/B5wy5Qjp_Aw/]]
However, one Instagram user wasn't happy with Teigen's outfit choice around her daughter, and took to the comments section to write: "Jesus cover up your daughter is right there."
However, mama bear Tiegen wasn't going to let such a rude comment go unpunished, so she did what she does best: responded to him. Replying to the troll, Chrissy wrote back: "She sucked it for months and doesn't mind it much."
*Zing*
Fans of the supermodel were quick to have the feisty mom's back in the comments section, as many told the troll to simply keep scrolling if they didn't like what they saw.
One commenter posted: "Last time I checked @chrissyteigen is an adult and you are not any type of authority figure in her life you need to calm down and stop trying to tell another adult what to do that’s not okay."
[[jwplayerwidget||https://content.jwplatform.com/videos/dDuzM8JL-sKUnNGKf.mp4||dDuzM8JL]]
And a second added: "Yessssss girl love the heck outta yo go get em tiger." While a third agreed: "She is covered and that is her DAUGHTER so who cares?! Get a life dude."
If there's two lessons to take away from this story, it's that you don't mess with a mom and her kids, and you don't mess with Chrissy Teigen on social media.

Yesterday was Chrissy Teigen and John Legend's fifth wedding anniversary, and yes, they're as #CoupleGoals as ever. But while we would have expected the pair to have had a quintessential romantic dinner to mark the occasion, this is Chrissy Teigen that we're talking about, and there's never a day off from trolling.
So when it came to documenting the day, Chrissy did so with with the razor-sharp wit that's won her 20 million Instagram followers and counting.
[[instagramwidget||https://www.instagram.com/p/BnXW_6yHkF0/?hl=en&taken-by=chrissyteigen]]
"12 years ago today, I met the man of my dreams. And 5 years ago today, we got married," the model and co-host of Lip Sync Battle wrote in the caption of a photo of her and John on their wedding day. "We have two babies and some pups and a life I am grateful to have. My everything, I love you and am so proud of the story we’ve created. But you are an a--hole for releasing your @nbcthevoice news on my target launch day for real."
Chrissy is, of course, referring to the news that her cookware line is launching in Target. The announcement came out at the same time as it was revealed that her husband, John Legend, would be joining The Voice as a coach. And this comes just days after news broke that John has become an EGOT - that is, someone who has won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony award.
There's no doubt that John was laughing over the post as he celebrated a week full of milestones.
[[instagramwidget||https://www.instagram.com/p/BntoggPHnRf/?hl=en&taken-by=chrissyteigen]]
The photo offers a rare glimpse into Chrissy and John's 2013 wedding. The couple married overlooking Lake Como in Italy, in an intimate celebration with their close friends and family, including Kanye West and Brooklyn Decker. Stevie Wonder performed at the wedding - singing Ribbon in the Sky - alongside the groom who purportedly sang his own song, All of Me.
Chrissy recently dished out some marriage advice, revealing how she's managed to keep the spark alive for five years. "think it’s really important to be complete partners in crime. I love the mentality of ‘us against the world'", she told Well + GOOD. "Even when you have kids, never forget your relationship as partners and lovers—that’s so important."
Chrissy and John welcomed their second child, Miles, back in May. The pair had been anxious to grow their family for some time. Last year, they chose to undergo a frozen embryo transfer in hopes of becoming pregnant again. And back in January of 2017, before she even got pregnant with Miles, Teigen tweeted about the sex of the embryo that they would be using for their second child.
[[instagramwidget||https://www.instagram.com/p/BnpY-BSn01f/?hl=en&taken-by=chrissyteigen]]
"Since this is coming up again, I said our next baby would be a boy because that is the embryo we have left. A boy. So. Yeah," the cookbook author wrote on Twitter.
The newborn joins the pair's two-year-old daughter, Luna Simone Stephens.
