Fans have voiced their support for Kelly Rizzo, the widow of the late Bob Saget, after she made her new relationship Instagram official.

The Full House actor tragically passed away in January 2022 in Florida due to an unexpected fall in his hotel room, resulting in a fatal head trauma.

In a statement released by the family shortly after his sudden death, they confirmed the heartbreaking news and the circumstances surrounding the 65-year-old's death.

"Now that we have the final conclusions from the authorities' investigation, we felt it only proper that the fans hear those conclusions directly from us," the family said. "They have concluded that he accidentally hit the back of his head on something, thought nothing of it, and went to sleep. No drugs or alcohol were involved."

The late comedian began dating Kelly Rizzo in 2015. The couple tied the knot in 2018.

In September 2023, the 44-year-old opened up about struggling to move on romantically after her ex-husband's death.

"You get to a point where you separate what earthly Bob would have been like," she told the Daily Mail. "And he would have been like, 'You can't move on! How dare you! How could you!'

"But when I hear his friends and family say, 'No, he would want you to be happy,' and when you get to that point, then you feel at peace with that happening," she added.
