Congratulations are in order for Christina Perri and her husband, Paul Costabile, who have welcomed a baby girl!

Two years after the pair lost their newborn daughter Rosie, the 36-year-old 'Jar of Hearts' songstress and the 35-year-old comic have welcomed a new addition to their family.

"She's here!⁣ With a whole lot of faith, trust, and pixie dust she has arrived safely," Perri wrote alongside a snap of her breastfeeding the little one. "Please welcome our magical double rainbow baby girl: ⁣Pixie Rose Costabile ⁣10.22.22⁣."

In May, Perri made it known that she was expecting after sharing a video to Instagram, in which her four-year-old daughter Carmella is seen opening a gift box with a pink bow. Inside were some sonogram images of her unborn sister.

"Rosie sent Carmella a little sister and we're very excited," Perri captioned the clip. "We've been having all the feelings, but mostly trying every day to choose joy."

Perri and Costabile got married in December 2017, welcoming Carmella a month later. In January 2020, Perri shared that she had suffered a miscarriage 11 weeks into her second pregnancy.

In July 2020, the singer announced that she was pregnant again, but was taken to hospital for pregnancy complications some months later. About three days after her daughter's premature birth, Perri explained that the newborn would have to undergo surgery. On November 24, 2020, she shared the tragic news that the little one had passed away.

"Last night we lost our baby girl," Perri wrote alongside a photo of herself holding the infant's hand. "She was born silent after fighting so hard to make it to our world. She is at peace now and will live forever in our hearts."

“We are shocked and completely heartbroken,” Perri, who hoped to “help change the story and stigma around miscarriage, secrecy and shame,” tweeted at the time. “I am so sad but not ashamed. i am ever reminded how amazing and powerful women are at making life and at healing. to all the mothers who have been here and who will be here, i see you and i love you.”

Per People, some time after Rosie died, Perri learned she has a treatable blood-clotting disorder that may have led to the deaths of her infant daughters.
