Dame Helen Mirren is walking proof that age is certainly just a number.

In the city of love, amidst the flashing lights and under the watchful eyes of the iconic Eiffel Tower, L'Oreal showcased its enchanting lineup at Paris Fashion Week with an A-list runway.

While the runway was glittered with big stars, it was 78-year-old Dame Helen Mirren who left the onlookers in awe. She embodied timeless beauty and grace in a sweeping silver gown that accentuated her elegance and matched the metallic theme of the night.

The ensemble, cinched at the waist, was tasteful and complemented the vivacity that Helen radiates.

The star-studded runway also featured names like Kendall Jenner, Elle Fanning, Eva Longoria, Andie MacDowell, Viola Davis, and Bollywood sensation, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Each brought their unique charm, with Kendall claiming the spotlight in a dazzling silver gown, and Elle captivating the audience in a plunging gold evening dress.

Breaking away from the metallic norm, Andie MacDowell brought an edgy vibe with her black PVC coat and high-slung PVC trousers ensemble, matched with chunky silver heels and dramatic make-up.

This spectacle was not only a celebration of beauty expertise and fashion, but also a significant proclamation of L'Oreal’s commitment to women's empowerment since 2017, being the sixth 'Walk Your Worth' catwalk show at Paris Fashion Week.

Dame Helen Mirren’s breathtaking appearance was not just a statement of her impeccable style but also a reflection of her defiance against societal norms. Speaking earlier this year, she shared her journey of embracing her long hair, a style she hadn’t sported since her 20s.

"You’re not supposed to have longer hair after a certain age. But during [the pandemic], I started growing my hair and I hadn’t actually had long hair since I was in my 20s," she said during an interview on Lorraine earlier this yet. "And it sort of grew and grew and grew, and I couldn’t be bothered to cut it, basically."

Mirren continued: "And then I thought, do you know what, it’s pretty cool, I think I’ll stick with it for a little while. It will come off eventually. But I’m kind of enjoying it, it’s quite radical."

In her interview, she also urged women over 60 that life, creativity, and passion don't stop with old age.

Following this runway, it's safe to say that life has three guarantees -- death, taxes, and Helen Mirren looking incredible.
