It's fair to say that Rebel Wilson had some pretty jaw-dropping gags lined up for her stint hosting the BAFTA's last night.

The 42-year-old Australian actor and comedian certainly put in a memorable performance helming the British Academy Film Awards in London.

While many of her jokes and snipes had viewers in stitches, at least one of her lines was actually too X-rated to even make it onto TV screens.

According to The Sun, the Bridesmaids star made a joke about Daniel Craig's role as James Bond that was heard by audiences in London's Royal Albert Hall - but was cut by the BBC from their broadcast of the event.

The offending gag reportedly involved Wilson showing off a fake tattoo on her leg, which showed Craig's face with the codename '007' printed above it.

"It looks like the word LOO – but I know which I would rather sit on," she reportedly joked. (With 'loo' being a British/Australian term for toilet.)

Another of Wilson's 007 gags did make the BBC's broadcast, this time poking fun at the constant speculation over who will play James Bond next.

"Now I know there’s been a lot of speculation about who’s going to be the next James Bond, and I know there might be some people in the audience tonight hoping that it might be them," Wilson said before the coverage cut to Avengers star Sebastian Stan and Get Out’s Daniel Kaluuya in the audience.

"But fellas, hold on to your martinis, because (Bond producers) the Broccolis have let me announce it, here and now. This is a scoop, OK," she continued, before saying: "I’m proud to announce that the new James Bond … will be me."

She also stoked controversy by flashing her middle finger to President Vladimir Putin. "Luckily in all sign-languages, this is the gesture for Putin," she said, before flipping off the camera in a rude gesture that broadcasters rushed to blur out.
