Last night's Super Bowl LIV is one I'm sure will never be forgotten. And not because the Kansas City Chiefs went on to defeat the San Francisco 49ers by 31-20, securing their first Super Bowl victory in 50 years - oh, no - because if we're all being honest, the halftime show was better than the entire game.
During a tied game, Jennifer Lopez, 50, and Shakira, 43, lit up the Hard Rock Stadium in Florida with an electrifying performance. Fans of the two pop icons were treated to a medley of hits, such as the Colombian's 'Hips Don't Lie' and J-Lo's 'On the Floor'.
However, viewers couldn't contain their amazement after Lopez's 11-year-old daughter took to the stage with her mom to sing her 2001 hit 'Let's Get Loud' - a song that helped skyrocket Lopez's career.
Check out Emme's remarkable performance in the video below:Young Emme then broke into a version of Bruce Springsteen's 'Born In The USA', as her mom strutted her stuff while draped in a Puerto Rican flag made of a feather boa.
Naturally, viewers rushed to Twitter to share their reaction to the performance and praise Emme's remarkable talent
Twitter user Dan wrote: "As fab as Shakira and Jennifer Lopez were and are, let’s also give noise to J-Lo’s daughter, Emme, who nailed the f**k out of ‘Let’s Get Loud’ and ‘Born In The USA’."
And Joshua Lopez (no relation I assume) tweeted out: "Let’s not overlook the fact that [J-Lo's] daughter killed that as well! Vocals are crazy".
Even Kim Kardashian was impressed by the youngster's talent, writing: "Can we talk about how amazing @JLo’s daughter Emme sang and on such a huge stage like the Super Bowl".
Oh, and while all this was going on, Shakira was absolutely smashing it on the drums:
Shakira also baffled viewers with her unique tongue ululation:Many viewers were also quick to point out the political imagery of the mother and daughter's performance - hailing it a "powerful statement":
Emme Muñiz and her twin brother Maximilian are Lopez’s children with ex-husband and singer Marc Anthony.
Anthony took the opportunity to tweet out his support for his daughter following her stunning performance, writing: "Emme Daddy is so proud of you. You are my [heart emoji] and I am forever yours [sic]".
I certainly think we'll be seeing a lot more from her in the near future...
