Halloween has been and gone: the season of scary films, trick-or-treating, and costume parties is over and done. All that's left to do now is to take a look at some of the amazing outfits people have come up with over the last week. Yes, if you're a fan of cosplaying, and dressing up like some cool, scary, or downright disgusting, then Halloween is probably the best time of the year.

But if you want to see one of the most intriguing costumes of 2018, then look no further than Stranger Things actress Millie Bobbie Brown, who has wowed her fans on social media with an amazing tribute to the late Carrie Fisher. With so many people donning a pink dress and blonde wig to play her psychic child character Eleven, it's no surprise that the English actress wanted to go for something different instead. Apparently, she's a Star Wars fan, since she donned a Princess Leia costume, and then shared the snaps of her night out on Instagram.

Millie was also joined by her fellow cast-members Noah Schnapp (Will Byers) Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin Henderson), Sadie Sink (Mad Max) Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas Sinclair). In a weird twist, Schnapp had dressed like Eleven himself, while Matarazzo was Han Solo, Sink was dress like Rey, and McLaughlin was dressed like a Rastafarian dude. Looked like it was a fun night out!  There was no sign of Finn Wolfhard, who plays Mike - maybe he was busy? Or possibly the one holding the camera? Who knows?

In a recent interview with W Magazine all about her Stranger Things casting, Bobbie Brown stated: "I didn’t know anything about it. Every part of the show was top secret. I Skyped with the directors [brothers Matt and Ross Duffer], and we spoke about ’80s movies—E.T., Stand by Me, and Poltergeist. I flew to L.A. for a screen test, and the next day I got the job! I was 11. We did the show, and I went back home to England.

She added: "I thought, Okay, it’s a little show. What’s next? And then we came to America for the premiere. Three days later, my whole life changed. People went crazy! My followers went up to 1 million in one day. Magazines wanted me. One of my goals was to be on the cover of W, and you see? Dreams do come true."

She also spoke about her Halloween costumes, stating; "I’ve never been very good at Halloween. I play characters all the time, so what’s the point of dressing up as another character? The last couple of Halloweens, I saw a lot of people dressed as Eleven. Sometimes it’s comforting. But it’s also very interesting to see a 40-year-old man wearing the look of my 12-year-old character."

Yeah, 'interesting' is putting it diplomatically I think. Still, I think she really looks a lot like Carrie Fisher herself. Maybe she's trying to land a part in Episode IX?
