As the couple walked the red carpet prior to the 2022 Daily Front Row Awards on Sunday (April 10), cameras picked up on the moment the 31-year-old 'Bloody Valentine' singer attempted to share a PDA with Fox, only to appear to be snubbed.

Standing behind the 35-year-old Transformers actor, MGK - real name Colson Baker - can be seen placing one of his hands on his fiancée's arm, and leaning into her, as if to give her a kiss on the cheek. However, Fox sidesteps this attempt and does not make eye contact with the rapper.

As MGK smiles through the situation, Fox continues to make her way down the red carpet to pose for photos with stylist Maeve Reilly.

Check out the awkward moment in the video below:

After being shared to TikTok by Page Six, the video amassed more than 10.5 million views, as social media users flooded comments sections to share their thoughts on the matter.

"I don't know what she's thinking but her body language is giving, irritated," one TikTok user commented.

A second added: "That honeymoon phase is wearing off."

Other TikTokers mentioned how - although Fox looked annoyed - this is very normal for many couples.

One person wrote: "That’s how it is when you were arguing in the car on the way."

Another commenter wrote: "Normalize being annoyed with your significant other every once in a while and it doesn’t mean your relationship is failing."

And one TikTok user asked: "We are we acting like couples don’t get mad at each other at times?"

To counter the awkward moment, one Twitter user did share a video of the sweet moment Machine Gun Kelly tenderly kissed Fox's hand as they arrived at the event:

Fox and MGK got engaged back in January. Sharing a video of the sweet proposal, Fox wrote at the time: "...having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him.

"And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes."

I'm sure anybody who has been in a relationship for more than two months can agree that this is just how some couples can be at times. Heck, this is how my wife acted throughout my 30th birthday just because I didn't react the right way to my gift.

So I agree - let's normalize seeing more of this in public so that I can feel better about my relationship.
