The actress captioned the images: "I call this series: At Home with Rebel."

At the turn of the new year, the Pitch Perfect star shared a picture of her working out at a beach and explained in the caption that she would be using 2020 to focus on her health and make "positive changes".

She wrote in the inspirational post:

"Okay so for me 2020 is going to be called 'The Year of Health' - so I put on the athleisure and went out for a walk, deliberately hydrating on the couch right now and trying to avoid the sugar and junk food which is going to be hard after the holidays I’ve just had but I’m going to do it! Who’s with me in making some positive changes this year?"

In another post, Wilson also revealed to her followers that she had found her "new beach training partner" in Australian ironman, model, and TV personality Jett Kenny.

Last year, Wilson recently revealed that she lost more than 3.6 kilos (8lbs) in just four days while filming on the set of the critically panned movie, Cats.

Speaking to  Entertainment Tonight, the 39-year-old actress said that she was "pretty uncomfortable" shooting her scenes due to the high temperatures on set. She said:

"I lost eight pounds (3.6kg) shooting my number in four days," Wilson, who plays Jennyanydots, in the Tom Hooper directed film, continued before disclosing that temperatures reached nearly 100 Fahrenheit (37.7 Celsius) on set. "One, because there’s a lot of physicality … but also, they heated up the set very high, to almost 100 Fahrenheit (37.7 Celsius), so that we could never cool down.

"These people are like, the best dancers in the whole world, so they can’t cool their muscles down or they could get an injury and they’d be out of the film … So they’d heat up the set like a sauna so we would never cool down, but (it) made it pretty uncomfortable."

The Australian actress has also revealed that she grew up in an family that was never focused on their looks or beauty. In an interview with InStyle last year, Wilson said:

"I had friends whose mothers told them to always be put together and to look a certain way when you leave the house. I was the complete opposite. No one in my family went to the beauty salon. I didn’t even get my nails done until I was 25.

"It took my best friend Nick looking at my feet one day and going, 'You should maybe do something about your nails,' for me to realize that I should go to a nail salon. Now I’m obsessed with going. I’m there every two weeks."
