It's fair to say that many of us have indulged perhaps a little too much over the course of 2020, but who can blame us?
With gyms being shut for months and snacking becoming my new favorite pastime, anyone can be forgiven for putting on a few extra pounds.
However, that's certainly not the case for Rebel Wilson - who has been lockdown inspiration for all of us as she has continued to get fit during her "year of health".
Today, the 40-year-old Australian actress and comedian took to her Instagram Stories to share some videos and snaps of her hair having her hair styled, as well as showing off her newly svelte figure in a gorgeous dress.
Rebel documented the latest chapter in her weight-loss journey by posting a pic of herself garbed in a figure-hugging dress, accessorized by a fetching belt, and complemented by her new wavy blonde locks and killer bangs.
Take a look at this video of Rebel working up a serious sweat in this intense workout video:

She also uploaded a cute mirror selfie, which the 40-year-old Pitch Perfect star captioned: "Finishing touch - perfume...but which one? [sic]"
Per Women's Health, Wilson first told her social media followers about her intention to lose weight back in May, when she stated that her goal was to reach 165 pounds by the end of the year. Wilson stated:
"I'll be honest with you guys - with my 'Year of Health' mission I'm trying to get to 75 kilograms, and career-wise am trying to get one of my movies into production before the end of the year."
However, Rebel also acknowledged that it hadn't always been easy for her. Keeping it real, the Pitch Perfect star said:
"Both of these things are requiring a daily effort and there’s constant setbacks. But I'm working hard. [sic]"
So there you have it: next time you're lacking the motivation to do those extra push-ups or go for that jog you've been putting off all day, then take a leaf out Rebel's book and try to push yourself. You might end up feeling better for it!
