Rebel Wilson has issued a message of thanks to her fans for their outpouring of love and support regarding her 'Year of Health' journey, during which she has posted many photos of her weight loss and fitness regimens.
Taking to Instagram at the start of 2020, Wilson revealed her goal of making this year one of health and fitness with her fans, writing;
"Okay so for me 2020 is going to be called “The Year of Health” - so I put on the athleisure and went out for a walk, deliberately hydrating on the couch right now and trying to avoid the sugar and junk food which is going to be hard after the holidays I’ve just had but I’m going to do it! Who’s with me in making some positive changes this year?"

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, the 39-year-old actress revealed that she was "pretty uncomfortable" shooting her scenes due to the high temperatures on set. She said:
"I lost eight pounds (3.6kg) shooting my number in four days," Wilson, who plays Jennyanydots, in the Tom Hooper directed film, continued before disclosing that temperatures reached nearly 100 Fahrenheit (37.7 Celsius) on set. "One, because there’s a lot of physicality … but also, they heated up the set very high, to almost 100 Fahrenheit (37.7 Celsius), so that we could never cool down.
"These people are like, the best dancers in the whole world, so they can’t cool their muscles down or they could get an injury and they’d be out of the film … So they’d heat up the set like a sauna so we would never cool down, but (it) made it pretty uncomfortable."
The actress has also previously spoke about how she has been approaching her health and fitness, and how the entertainment industry affected this.
The comedian and actress revealed that she was "paid a lot of money to be bigger" as part of her job. While promoting Amazon Prime’s LOL: Last One Laughing she told the Sun;
''It’s not like I want to lose weight and get to around a certain number. It’s more than that, it’s about dealing mentally with with why I was overeating and I had a job where I was paid a lot of money to be bigger, at times which kind of can mess with your head a bit.

"So now I’m just trying to work on the mental side and the physical job and doing a lot of personal training and, and on the nutrition side like it’s, it’s cool I should probably write a book at some point about it because people seem to be interested.
"There’s no real simple answer to it. I’ve been trying a lot of different things and to be healthy.''
