Meri Brown - known for her role on the reality TV show Sister Wives - celebrated her 53rd birthday by sharing a special revelation with her followers.

In an Instagram post, the star introduced her new love interest, Amos, marking a fresh chapter in her life.

Meet Amos, the good-looking guy I've been dating since October!" She humorously added that while he may not be 6 feet 6 inches tall or a pilot, "he loves Christmas almost as much as I do, and we laugh a lot together, both of which are important elements to a relationship!"

The reality TV star also revealed the approval of a furry family member, her dog Zona, who "absolutely loves" Amos. To emphasize their bond, she encouraged her followers to swipe through the images, which included an adorable snapshot of Zona placing her paw on Amos' hand.

Explaining her decision to keep the relationship private until now, Meri shared that they had been enjoying the early stages of dating privately.

"I've been keeping this kind of close to me as we've been enjoying the last few months of dating and getting to know each other. As I've considered when and how I wanted to share this fun news and share him with the world (jk, not really sharing, I'm keeping him to myself) I knew I wanted to celebrate my birthday in a special way and let you celebrate this with me," she wrote.

"I feel like I'm getting this year off to a great start, and I can't wait to share more with you as the year moves forward," her post concluded.
