It was reported this week that the now 54-year-old hip-hop mogul will stay behind bars until his trial for sex trafficking charges begins.

Combs, who pleaded not guilty, was denied bail after offering a bond worth $50 million on Tuesday (September 17).

The 'I'll Be Missing You' rapper was arrested on Monday in Manhattan, New York, about half a year after federal authorities carrying out a sex trafficking investigation raided his homes in Los Angeles and Miami.

Combs has been sued by a number of people who say he physically or sexually abused them.

His former girlfriend, singer Cassie, is one of the women who have made claims against him.

In recent months, social media sleuths found footage more than a decade old from Justin Bieber’s YouTube channel in which then-40-year-old Diddy talks about spending "48 hours" with the 'Baby' singer.

"You ever seen the movie 48 Hrs? Right now [Justin is] having 48 hours with Diddy, him and his boy," the music mogul says in the video. "They’re having the times of their lives, like where we hanging out and what we’re doing we can’t really disclose. But it’s definitely a 15-year-old’s dream."

Combs says that he was "given custody" of Bieber and noted: "You know, he’s signed to Usher and I had legal guardianship of Usher when he did his first album. I did Usher’s first album. For the next 48 hours, he’s with me. And we’re gonna go full. Buck full crazy."

The 'Never Say Never' hitmaker says "Let’s go get some girls," when Diddy asks what he wants to do. "Man after my heart," the rapper responds. "That’s what I’m talking about."

The bizarre clip circulated on X (formerly Twitter) and garnered reactions from many users. One person said: "It's super creepy seeing all these videos of Diddy that's coming out."

Another commented: "What 40-year-old wants to 'hang out' with a 15-year-old?" while a third added: "That is just strange."

The investigations against Diddy began after his former girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie Ventura, filed an explosive lawsuit against him in November 2023, accusing him of physically and sexually abusing her for years.

The father-of-seven settled the lawsuit within a day, but since then, more people have sued Combs, accusing him of a wide range of abusive behavior, including sexual harassment, rape, nonconsensual adult material, and sex trafficking.

Combs took to Instagram to issue a statement denying the damning allegations against him, writing: "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy."

"Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth," he added.

However, on May 17 of this year, surveillance footage from a hotel in Los Angeles in March 2016 showed Diddy chasing his then-girlfriend Cassie in the hallway before physically assaulting her. He is then seen dragging her back in the direction of his hotel room.
