Pam Van Sant has honored her late husband, Treat Williams, on what would have been their 35th wedding anniversary.
As previously reported, the Everwood star tragically passed away on June 12 following a motorcycle accident where he collided with a Honda.
The news of the 71-year-old's passing was confirmed by Barry McPherson, his agent of 15 years who said in a statement to PEOPLE: "He was killed this afternoon. He was making a left or a right [and] a car cut him off," McPherson said. "I'm just devastated. He was the nicest guy. He was so talented."
"He was really proud of his performance this year. He's been so happy with the work that I got him. He's had a balanced career," McPherson continued.
The accident happened at around 5:00PM as confirmed by Jacob Gribble, the fire chief for Dorset, Vermont. Investigators confirmed that the crash involved the motorcycle and one other vehicle, which they believe was turning and didn't see the Hair actor.
Williams was the only one injured in the accident and was airlifted to a New York hospital but sadly nothing could be done to save his life. Meanwhile, the driver of the car, who has since been identified as Ryan Koss, left the scene without any injuries, and he was not intoxicated.
According to the Daily Mail, additional details surrounding Williams' death disclosed that Williams was conscious and talking to paramedics on the sidewalk before he succumbed to his injuries.
Matt Rapphahn, an eyewitness to the crash, said: "He [Williams] was totally laid out, and they were asking him basic questions, like do you know where you are, and what's your wife's name, that kind of stuff."
"He was responsive. He seemed like he was awake the whole time because, obviously, when they had to move him, you could see he was in a great deal of pain. They loaded him up into the ambulance and drove off," he concluded while adding that he was "hopeful" that Williams would make a recovery.
Two weeks after his death, Williams' wife Pamela Van Sant took to her late husband's Instagram Story to commemorate the couple's 35th wedding anniversary.
The 68-year-old - who has worked as an actor and producer - shared heartwarming pictures of herself and the actor throughout their decades-long marriage.
The first picture on his social media page was of the couple on their wedding day in 1988, and the caption read: "Happy anniversary honey! 35 years."
The American Masters actress then shared a more recent photo of the two smiling in the great outdoors, with her holding their pup.
Van Sant then concluded her tribute with a picture of her gazing at her husband while both donned traditional Balinese wedding attire. The caption read: "1st anniversary on location in Bali."
The actor is survived by his wife, and their two children: son Gill Williams, 31, and daughter Elinor "Ellie" Williams, 25.
