Since Kylie Jenner announced the arrival of little baby Stormi to the world, everything seems to have calmed down, and all is right in the world once again.

However, there has been one continued rumour that has threatened to upset the peace: Who is the baby daddy? While it's widely agreed that Travis Scott is the father, that hasn't stopped some people from speculating that it may be Kylie's former lover, Tyga.

The two broke up back in April 2017, with Kylie getting pregnant by Scott around a month later. However, despite the fact that Kylie and her new beau seemed very much in love, Tyga repeatedly broadcast his feelings about the pregnancy. A source close to the rapper told Radar:

"Tyga wants a DNA test because he really thinks that there is a chance this baby could be his.

Tyga told friends that he was still sexually active with Kylie nine months ago, when this baby was likely conceived."

The Rack City hit-maker also wrote on a swiftly deleted Snapchat post: "Hell nah that’s my kid."

Regardless of the rumours that were circulating, Kylie welcomed in a new Jenner-era with a heartfelt message to her fans in which she apologised for her continued absence from social media, writing:

"I'm sorry for keeping you in the dark through all the assumptions. I understand you're used to me bringing you along on all my journeys. my pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world," she said.

"I knew for myself i needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress-free, and healthy way i knew how. there was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal i had planned. I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness.

Now, however, Tyga seems to have moved to settle the beef and is refuting the claims that he ever said he was the father and called on people to stop spreading rumours. Taking to his Twitter account, the 28-year-old said:

"I’ve never said anything about someone else’s child or family insinuating my involvement; and will never do so.

"Please, Stop spreading false stories and attacking people’s families.

"I have nothing to do with any of that. People should be able to live in peace."

Kylie has also squashed rumours of a potential father-drama. In a recent visit to the Kyle and Jackie O radio show, the Keeping Up With The Kardashian's star said:

"Oh no, no no. I think that was just a bunch of silly rumors as usual.

"Yeah, you guys know better than that."

So, all is well in the world of Jenner and Stormi, with the final rumour now being dispelled. Who knows what will come about because of this? Let's hope it's world peace, shall we?
