Jeff Bezos has jokingly responded to a viral video showing his girlfriend interacting very closely with Leonardo DiCaprio.
Over the weekend, the Amazon founder and his girlfriend Lauren Sanchez attended the LACMA Art+Film Gala in Los Angeles, where they were seen in conversation with the Titanic actor.
A clip taken during the event, which was later shared on social media, sparked a mass reaction from social media users, who began to question Sanchez's interaction with the actor.
Many even went as far as labeling their brief exchange as flirtatious, as Sanchez appeared to have her arm briefly around the actor who she can be seen smiling at while Bezos stands by her side.
The clip, which has been viewed millions of times since it was posted to Twitter by Barstool Sports, was captioned: "Leo is Mr Steal Yo Girl."
The clip prompted a response from Bezos himself on Monday, November 8, as the billionaire tweeted a photo of himself alongside a danger sign warning of a "fatal drop".
"Leo, come over here, I want to show you something… @LeoDiCaprio," he captioned the photo, which sees him leaning over the sign that reads: "Danger! Steep cliff. Fatal drop."
As of now, DiCaprio has not responded to the hilarious tweet.
Bezos and Sanchez have been publicly dating since early 2019, with news of their relationship coming shortly after the second-richest man in the world announced the end of his marriage to his ex-wife, MacKenzie, after 25 years.
Despite being seemingly starstruck by DiCaprio, Sanchez took to Instagram after the event to share a photo of herself gazing lovingly at Bezos while on the red carpet.
"Beautiful evening last night at the @LACMA Art + Film Gala hosted by the amazing @1evachow and @leonardodicaprio," she captioned the post.
"A huge congratulations to this year’s honorees @asherald, @kehindewiley and Steve Spielberg! An amazing event that will benefit important museum initiatives, exhibitions, and programming for years to come."
