Kim Kardashian may have found herself embroiled in another photo-editing scandal after she appeared to crop Jennifer Lopez out of her selfie with Oprah Winfrey. Oops!
The 42-year-old had been attending a star-studded 25th-anniversary bash for her friend Anastasia Soare's makeup line Anastasia Beverly Hills, where 25 female celebs who inspired her journey - including Sharon Stone, Heidi Klum, Priyanka Chopra, Cindy Crawford, Gayle King, Alessandra Ambrosio, Jessica Alba, Rita Wilson, Lori Harvey, Maria Menounos, Ashley Tisdale, Lopez, and Winfrey - were spotted.
In celebration of Winfrey's 69th birthday, Kim decided to post a snap of her alongside the talk show host on her Instagram stories.
Fans finally hear Kim's "real voice":What appeared to be an innocent upload quickly went awry when fans noticed that Lopez, 53, had posted the original unedited version of the image on her own account, which is followed by 233 million people.
Underneath her Instagram story, Kim had written: "'Happy Birthday [Oprah], [Sharon Stone] said it best last night by toasting to you that you mean the world to the world! Happy Birthday!"
However, there seems to be a reasonable explanation for the apparent snub, as the full version of the image had to be cropped to fit on Kim's Instagram story.
Obviously, there's no beef between the 'Jenny From The Block' singer and the SKIMS founder, as she also posted several snaps of the trio to her Instagram grid. "Celebrating [Anastasia Soare's] 25 year anniversary of her brand [Anastasia Beverly Hills]. The women who have been on this journey with you coming together to celebrate you was magical!", the caption began.
It continued: "You are the epitome of the American Dream and I couldn't be more proud of you. I look up to you, you give the best advice and hearing everyone's kind words about you just reminded me what I already knew."
Even if there are no hard feelings between the two, Kim herself is certainly no stranger to Instagram photo controversy.
In fact, in the past, the reality TV star was accused of editing an image of her daughter Chicago and her niece True Thompson. Fans noticed something looked a little strange, prompting Kim to admit that she'd actually photoshopped a pic of True over an already existing image of her other niece Stormi Webster.
"Basically, I have a grid for IG and I'm doing pinks and blues," she said on a recent episode of The Kardashians (via Metro UK). "There was the cutest picture of [Chicago] and Stormi at Disneyland and they're wearing pink. I sent it to Kylie for approval, she goes, 'No, I really don't want any pics of Stormi out right now'. I respect it so I Photoshop True's face onto Stormi’s body.
"You heard it here first," she added. "It's not a major scandal, I just wanted my grid pink and blue [...] Photoshop fail, but whatever."
