On Saturday, November 7, Joe Biden was declared the projected* winner of the 2020 US presidential election by NBCCNNBBC News, and many other media outlets.

Madame Tussauds in London has responded to the news by taking its Donald Trump waxwork figure out of his presidential suit and tie and dressing him up in golfing attire.

The life-size wax replica of the 45th president of the United States can now be seen in a pair of checked golfing pants, a lilac-colored shirt, golf shoes and - needless to say - a MAGA hat.

Sharing a photo of the new not-so-presidential look, Madame Tussauds London wrote:

"His campaign may not have been a hole in one, but Donald Trump is now on course to dedicate more of his time to his favorite sport as #MadameTussaudsLondon re-dresses his figure in golfing attire to reflect his potential 2021 wardrobe."

Many Instagram users were impressed by the move, with one writing: "YES Madame Ts! Get those Biden And Harris figures sculpted [sic]."

"This is great," another wrote.

It is well-known that Trump has a penchant for golf. In fact, it was even reported that he was playing golf on Saturday when his Democratic counterpart was declared the projected winner.

While Madam Tussauds in London was fairly tame with their response to Trump's projected defeat, on October 30, it was reported that Madam Tussauds in Berlin had placed its own waxwork figure of Trump in a huge dumpster.

Under the motto 'Dump Trump', the figure, together with signs bearing sayings of Dream, will be symbolically 'disposed of' before the upcoming elections. Before the partial lockdown decided by the federal and state governments starting next Monday, the figure will be on display in the garbage container. Photo: Jens Kalaene/dpa-Zentralbild/dpa

The display was also decorated with the following phrases: "Fake News", "You are Fired" and "I Love Berlin".

Orkide Yalcindag, the museum's marketing manager said per Reuters: "Today's activity is rather of a symbolic character ahead of the elections in the United States. We here at Madame Tussauds Berlin removed Donald Trump's waxwork as a preparatory measure."

As of this writing, CNN projects that Joe Biden has received 279 electoral votes and a total of 75,551,684 public votes. Donald Trump has received 214 electoral votes with a total of 71,189,789 public votes.

Biden has been declared the projected winner of the election by NBCCNNBBC News, and many other media outlets.
