Earlier this month, it was revealed that Benjamin Keough - the son of Lisa Marie Presley and only grandson of music legend Elvis Presley - had died at the age of 27 after dying of suicide.
Per the Daily Mail, police say they had been responding to a "rescue response" at his Calabasas mansion in California at approximately 6:30 AM on the morning of July 12.
They added: "Upon their arrival, they located the victim suffering from one gunshot wound to the upper torso. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene."

Benjamin's cause of death was later revealed to be an "intraoral shotgun wound" and his manner of death was ruled a suicide by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Fox News reported.
Benjamin was the son of Lisa Marie Presley - the only child of superstar Elvis - and musician Danny Keough - who were married from 1988 to 1994.

Now, Benjamin's grandmother, 75-year-old Priscilla Presley, has taken to social media to pen a tribute to her late grandson, and update her fans about the devastation the family is facing.
Taking to her Facebook account, Pricilla wrote:
"These are some of the darkest days of my family’s life.
"The shock of losing Ben has been devastating. Trying to put all the pieces together of all the possible whys has penetrated my soul.
"Each day I wake up I pray it will get better. Then, I think of my daughter and the pain she is going through as she was a doting mother. Ben’s father, Danny, who is completely lost, as Ben was his only son. Riley, so loving and so close to him; Harper and Finley, who absolutely adored Ben. Navarone, who struggles deeply with loss and death.
"Rest In Peace Ben, you were loved."

Following Benjamin's death, Roger Widynowski - the manager to Benjamin's mother Lisa-Marie - said in a statement: "[Lisa] is completely heartbroken, inconsolable and beyond devastated but trying to stay strong for her 11-year-old twins and her oldest daughter Riley. She adored that boy. He was the love of her life."

Last week, Benjamin's sister, Riley, also took to social media to share a touching tribute to her late younger brother.
The 31-year-old actress wrote: "Mornings are the hardest. I forget you’re gone. I can’t cry because of the fear that I will never stop. A pain that’s new to me.
"You. There are no words for you. Angel is the closest I could think of. Pure light. Baby brother. Best friend. Wild man. Intellectual. Witness to my life. Twin soul. Protector. Too sensitive for this harsh world.
"I hope you give me strength to endure the giant hole you’ve left in my heart. I hope you give me the strength to eat. I hope you’re cradled in love. I hope you feel my love. I hope you feel god. You are god. I can’t believe you’ve left me. Not you sweet Ben Ben. Anyone but you. I guess this is true heartbreak. I hope we meet again."

Benjamin was known for his striking similarity to his grandfather, Elvis.
According to TMZ, Lisa Marie once said: "Ben does look so much like Elvis. He was at the Opry and was the quiet storm behind the stage.
"Everybody turned around and looked when he was over there. Everybody was grabbing him for a photo because it is just uncanny."

According to the Daily Mail, back in 2015, Benjamin shared a picture of an outfit he had bought that had allegedly been worn by his grandfather. Writing on Instagram, Elvis' only grandson said: "I purchased a piece of grandad today from a collector. He wore it in 1974. I feel a lot closer to him now."
