Salma Hayek is known as one of the most beautiful women in the world and the actress has finally shared her secrets to her ageless appearance.
The 57-year-old star's ageless looks regularly captivate fans on social media, where she is no stranger to sharing a bikini photo or two.
While you may assume that she spends every waking hour in the gym to maintain her perfect hourglass shape, Salma's adamant that working out isn't part of what keeps her looking so great.
In fact, it's a whole lot simpler (and less sweaty) than that - she credits her great looks to meditation over anything else.
Salma revealed to ET in September that meditation is, apparently, the fountain of youth, as she explained: "I really believe it is. People say it's exercising. I think it's meditation.
"You have to find your way. For me, exercising is hard... It's really, really difficult to have the discipline to do it. But meditation is a walk in the park, because it's my own form of it."
She added that it doesn't take any special form of meditation to have an effect, explaining: "You sit in a moment with yourself, that's already meditation. But I do it every day."
Last year, Salma showed off the results of all that meditating as she marked her 57th birthday with a photoshoot on the beach in a bikini.
She shared a series of snaps of her living her best life in a red tw0-piece with a white trim, paired with a straw hat and sunglasses to protect her eyes from the glare.
The star told her followers: "I’m so happy to be alive and so profoundly grateful for all the blessings!!!!
"My beloved family, my precious friends, my health, my work that keeps me going, my empowering team, my relationship with animals & nature, and the love of all my loyal fans. Happy 57th birthday to me!!!"
She also posted a photo from later in the evening showing her blowing out the candles on her cake as waiters at a restaurant sang 'Happy Birthday' to her, adding: "Thanks for all the birthday love"
As well as sharing her beauty secrets, Salma also opened up about her ongoing friendship with Angelina Jolie last year, while appearing at the Toronto International Film Festival to promote her movie, El Sabor de la Navidad, after having been granted special permission by Sag-Aftra amid the writers and actors strike which was happening at the time.
She opened up to ET on the red carpet about her years-long friendship with Angelina Jolie, revealing: "[We grow] closer and closer. And it's just natural. It's just something that flows."
Salma also added: "She's been very, very enriching in my life, in so many ways - as mothers, you know. Most of all, as artists."
She also told Deadline in 2022 after working with Angelina on Without Blood: "She is the best director I’ve ever worked with... I absolutely loved working with her; enjoyed every second of it."
