UFC star Amanda Nunes has suggested that she'd be willing to fight Kim Kardashian, after Jake Paul's match with Floyd Mayweather.
This comes after UFC President Dana White mockingly suggested that the fight between Paul and Mayweather was what he imagined Nunes vs Kardashian to look like.
White also believes there was an unwarranted amount of media publicity surrounding the match between the boxing legend and 26-year-old YouTuber.
Criticizing the Mayweather vs Paul fight in an interview with MMA Junkie's Farah Hannoun, White stated: "That wasn't a f***ing boxing match. Like I said before, there's always going to be a market for that kind of stuff.
"There's always going to be people that are willing to put down $50 to watch that kind of stuff. That's so far away [from what we do]."
He then added:
"Think about this [...] imagine if Kim Kardashian wanted to fight Amanda Nunes. How big do you think that fight would be? It would be huge. It would be the biggest [event] but give me a f***ing break."
However, it seems as though Nunes herself was quite taken with the idea of sparring against the 40-year-old reality TV star.
Taking to her official Twitter account on Tuesday, June 8, Nunes tweeted a screenshot referencing White's statement.
"Hey @KimKardashian let’s do this? lol," she tweeted.
Kim has not yet responded to Nunes' suggestion about squaring off.
Meanwhile, boxing legend Mike Tyson has shared his opinion on who Logan Paul should fight next.
Speaking with former boxer Zab Judah in an Instagram Live video posted in the aftermath of Paul's fight against Mayweather at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami on Sunday, Tyson stated: "I'm trying to get Logan Paul to fight Badou Jack. I wanna see what he says about that."
Judah concurred with this assessment, stating: "Yeah, that's a real fight now. He fights Badou Jack, Logan Paul is gonna be in a big fight. That's a whole different fight. You fight that guy, Badou is gonna give you a fight. Badou coming to fight! That's all Badou do is fight."
