A woman has shared her side of the story after Taylor Swift defended her when she noticed a security guard allegedly "harassing" her and her friends during her concert.

While performing at Philadelphia during her Eras Tour on Saturday (May 13) night, the 33-year-old 'Love Story' hitmaker was caught on video addressing a disturbance in the crowd during her performance of 'Bad Blood'.

In the viral footage, Swift is seen peering into the crowd as she broke from the lyrics to yell "Hey! Stop!" multiple times and even said: "She’s fine. She wasn’t doing anything!"

Initially, it wasn't immediately clear what prompted the ordeal, but after fans scoured the internet, they found out that there was a situation between concertgoers and security at the packed Lincoln Financial Field stadium.

In addition to this, The Daily Mail identified the alleged fan who Swift defended at her show as Kelly Inglis Kelly from Baltimore, Maryland.

Kelly then took to TikTok to post a video under the handle @caityg33 - which she explained is her best friend Caitlin Gabell's account - to share her side of the story.

Watch the fan explain her side of the story below:

Kelly alleged: "Ok, I was the girl that Taylor talked to last night. Basically, the guard had been, like, harassing our group all night… he just kept telling us not to touch the rail and every time we did anything, he was like, on top of us."

She continued, claiming: "We’re dancing, having fun, he didn’t like it, and Taylor noticed that I was having fun and that he didn’t like it, and she didn’t like it, and then he basically, like, got escorted out and then they offered us free tickets for tonight."

Although the incident has gone viral on social media and made numerous headlines, the fan contended that the incident wasn't a deal.

"It wasn’t this big crazy thing, it was just like a bunch of girls having a good time and he didn’t want us to have fun," Kelly said. She also clarified to the outlet that the guard did not "physically touch them" during the show.

Many people took to the comment section to share their reactions to the situation and praise the 'Red' songstress for getting involved. One fan wrote: "I love that u got free tickets and that Taylor defended u! I’m sorry you had to go through that tho!"

Another fan questioned: "How does it feel knowing Taylor swift was looking at you and defending to[?]" while a third person commented: "Taylor went into big sis mode for you!!!"

In another TikTok clip made by Kelly - this time on her own account @kellyingliskelly28 - she revealed that she had been a fan of the Grammy-winning star since she was 17 years old.

She also expressed her gratitude to Swift for being so attentive to her, saying: "The fact that you did that for me last night, and you stood up for me, meant so, so, so, so much."

"And like, I can’t even explain, like, you did that for me, and for your fans, and if there’s anything I know about you, you just want your fans to go to the show and have fun, and that’s all we were doing."

She emotionally added: "It truly, truly meant so much to us that you did that, and to everybody. That you would stop to say something, and it was my 13th show, on the 13th, and I just feel like it was really cool."
