The stars of the new TLC show Extreme Sisters certainly take the words "extreme" and "sisters" to new heights.
Australian identical twins and YouTube influencers Anna and Lucy DeCinque, 35, not only look the same, but also share the same boyfriend and bed.
The new show follows several siblings whose super close bonds defy standard sisterly behavior. In fact, in an interview with the New York Post, Lucy said: "We think of each other as one person. We can never be apart."
Premiering April 25, Anna and Lucy are just two of the several sibling pairs who will be followed around in locations ranging from Australia to Oklahoma.
Not only do the sisters dress in identical outfits, the pair - who are "always together" - are hopeful that one day they’ll marry their shared boyfriend, Ben, and live as a throuple.
Speaking to Fox News, Anna and Lucy said: "We want to live like one person. We need everything to be identical: our clothes, our makeup. I need to follow her wherever she goes so if she walks into the next room, I have to. We have to do the same steps, too."
And when it comes to sharing a bed, there is a specific sleeping arrangement the trio follow.
"Lucy is always on the left side, Anna is always on the right, and Ben is in the middle," they added.
But despite the situation being far from a conventional one, it seems to work for all three of them.
Lucy explained: "We had separate boyfriends in the past and it did not work. We always have to have the same partner. When we had separate partners they always tried to separate us. It destroyed everything because we never want to be apart. For us sharing a boyfriend, it’s a lot easier for our lives.
"If I get pregnant, I would like Anna to be pregnant because we want to experience pregnancy together, so that’s Ben’s job. It’s going to be hard. But there’s treatments and new technology out there that would help us."
What's more, Lucy revealed that boyfriend Ben is nothing short of the pair's "soulmate".
Elaborating on their relationship to The Post, Lucy recalled how Ben has never judged them. "That’s how it’s been from Day 1. There’s never been any jealousy," she said. "I don’t know how we had separate boyfriends. People can judge us how they like — this is how it works for us."
Anna then added: "When she goes to the toilet, I come with her; when she has a shower, I come with her. You name it and we do it. We’re never apart. "
