A Florida bartender has been highly praised for how he saved two girls from being "harassed" on a night out, and it was all because of a stealthy note.

Going on a night out with friends should be a relaxing, fun experience - but sadly for women across the world, it can turn into an ordeal after creepy men impose themselves.

What will start as a fun night out ends up with having to fend off men who don't understand the word no, but luckily there are some heroes around.

Twitter user Trinity Allie found herself on the receiving end of some unwanted attention while at a bar, but luckily bartender Max Gutierrez was on hand to ensure they were safe.

"This man was harrassssing [sic] me and my friend and the bartender passed this note to me acting like it was my receipt ! Legit the type of bartender everyone needs," Trinity wrote on Twitter.

The image attached shows a note that Max had handed to her, which read: "If this guy is bothering you, put your pony tail on your other shoulder, and I will have him removed. He's giving ME the creeps."

Donning a yellow Hawaiian shirt with an assured expression on his face, Max definitely gives off the vibe of being a bartender that looks after his customers.

Admitting that she made Max pose for the photo after the creepy man had left, Trinity penned: "[Max] ended up having to literally yell at the guy, he said you need to get [the f***] away from these girls who clearly are not interested, and the dude said 'that was a little aggressive, and he said well [you're] aggressively hitting on them and you need to leave."

The tweet hit viral status, with many wanting updates on whether Trinity gave Max a healthy tip for his actions, which she confirmed that she gave.

Even better, Max himself stumbled across the tweet, where he wrote: "Hey that's me! Lol Fun update, the guy I kicked out Sunday night came back to the bar JUST NOW for a beer, told him I wouldn't serve him."

Max further explained his actions on Reddit which Trinity shared on the Twitter thread. Max wrote: "It's something you just pick up from mentor bartenders. Eventually you become pretty good at reading people, body language, etc."

Max continued: "This guy was giving off very weird vibes for quite a while, kept an eye on him, try to give him a chance, try to let the girls tell him no and leave it at that, but he didn't take no for an answer and kept pestering them so eventually I kind of yelled at him and made him leave lol."

The bartender explained that yelling at creepy customers doesn't normally work, but calling them out for their behavior often embarrasses them to the point of them leaving.

Let's hope every bar hires someone like Max!
