A bride who discovered that her soon-to-be husband was cheating on her decided to wait for the perfect moment to reveal his betrayal in front of their friends and family. Look, relationships are tough but isn't that the whole point? When life gets messy you've got that teammate with you who can help you through it. Unfortunately for some, their partner's eyes will start to wander and it results in the ultimate act of betrayal - and cheating is often something that's pretty difficult to come back from. At that moment, the heartbroken partner has a choice to make. Writing for <a href="https://www.bodyandsoul.com.au/sex-relationships/relationships/i-read-my-cheating-fiances-texts-instead-of-my-vows-at-our-wedding/news-story/9c6da1a06568bee39248b79702fe7563" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Body and Soul</a>, the bride, who goes by the name 'Casey', was due to marry 'Alex' - when a text message made everything come crashing down. The pair had been together for six years, and the loved-up bride thought that this was going to be her happy ever after. Casey had been sitting in her hotel room with a friend and had been bombarded with messages of congratulations and people wishing her luck, so when her phone buzzed again, she thought nothing of it. That was until the text from an anonymous person read: "I wouldn't marry him, will you?" As the alarm bells started ringing, the bride was sent images of her fiancé and the other woman together, and screenshots of some pretty explicit conversations. The dates of the images went back months and a few even happened just days prior to the wedding, meaning that this affair had longevity to it. Some of the texts from Alex to the unnamed woman read: "Your body is f***ing incredible. And s*** do you know how to use it. I wish my [girlfriend] had half the skills you do." There were more heartbreaking texts, and he even told her that the connection he had with her was better than what he had with his soon-to-be wife. Casey's friends encouraged her to call the wedding off, but she decided to sleep on it before coming up with her master plan. The stunned cheater left the church in shock as his friends and family watched on in horror. Regardless of this heartbreak, Casey and her loved ones still enjoyed the reception that night, because why would you let a good party you'd already paid for go to waste?
