A Domino's worker has stunned the internet in a viral TikTok after she revealed how much money she makes in one night from tips.

We're all guilty when it comes to ordering takeout from time to time - maybe it's for a special occasion, maybe it's because cooking seems like too much effort, or perhaps it just tastes better than anything that can be whipped up at home.

Being able to tap our phones a few times and have food show up at our front door should probably be considered one of the wonders of the modern world - but do we appreciate the people who make this service possible enough?

A Domino's delivery driver (@allison_green0) has taken to TikTok where she revealed exactly how much she makes in one night just from customers' tips.

The viral video released on December 13 currently stands at over 755,000 views, and Allison has made several follow-up videos tracking her nightly tips.

It began with an order totaling $46.17 to be paid in cash, and the customer handed Allison $50 instructing her to keep the change, meaning she takes a $3.83 tip from the first delivery.

The second order was done via credit card totaling $36.33, but Allison received no tip. "It's okay because that happens," she optimistically said with a smile.

The third delivery is where things started looking up, as the customer handed over a $10 tip for an order of just over $37.

Throughout the evening, Allison delivered 11 orders with the final customer being another who handed over no tip with an order of over $50.

For this shift, Allison received $13 in cash tips and $42.29 in credit card tips across all the orders, which averages out to a tip of $5.03 per delivery.

She dubbed the evening "not terrible for a Monday, but it could be better," while she added that the total does not include her reimbursement for gas.

Viewers seemed to largely support Allison, with one person saying: "You are so positive, even with the [non-tipping] customers. Great attitude, you’ll go far with that. I love it."

A second person added: "2/11 gave no tips? I feel like those customers should be tracked. After 5 no tip orders they get banned," with a third concluding: "I can't believe people don't tip at all."

"My Dominos is 1.3 miles away, and I tip the driver $10. I always worried that wasn't enough, I can't understand people who don't tip at all," another wrote.

However, as always when it comes to the discussion of tipping, there were many viewers who were against the culture and expectations.

"I don’t tip for any delivery driver. I already paid for the delivery, and drivers get paid too," one person replied, with a second adding: "I cannot fathom how an entire country just agreed that it is the customers’ responsibility to make sure the workers make a living wage."

Allison's great attitude did not falter through the evening, and she deserves a huge tip for that alone!
