Halloween might be just under three months away, but for the spooky among us, preparations have already begun.
Now, to get us excited for the scariest night of the year, Funko has unveiled its new Halloween-themed cereal boxes, featuring some of Disney's most famous villains including the Little Mermaid's Ursula and The Nightmare Before Christmas' Oogie Boogie.
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Funko]]
Each box of cereal is filled with a creepy colored seasonal treat and a Funko toy character.
Ursula and Oogie Boogie aren't the only Disney characters who will be featured in the range either, with more villains set to be revealed in due course.
As you can see, the pocket-sized Funko of Ursula looks as menacing as her on-screen counterpart - ready and waiting to steal an innocent little mermaid's voice!
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Funko]]
But when it comes to villainous Disney characters that we associate with Halloween, few are quite in the league of Oogie Boogie - an antagonist even in Tim Burton's creepy Halloween Town.
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Funko]]
Thankfully, the contents of this cereal box are pleasant compared to the creepie crawlies living in Oogie Boogie's sack!
You don't need to wait until October to get your hands on these Disney villain cereals either, and both will be available at Spencer's and Spirit Halloween in late August and early September.
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Funko]]
Clearly, these are a must for Disney superfans looking to collect the toys and boxes, or anyone looking to get in on the seasonably spooky fun.
Now, we don't know about you, but we're stoked to see what other villains will become part of Funko's spooky cereal range!
Halloween might not be for another two and a half months, but that doesn't mean that the spooky among us can't start preparing.
And if you're a boo-loving Disney fan, this really is your year as it turns out that Amazon has a Disney-themed Halloween store. A must-visit for anyone with a penchant for some of the holiday's most loved characters like Jack Skellington and the many evil queens.
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Disney / Amazon]]
Naturally, it's only right to showcase some of the shop's items - starting with this Jack Skellingtom mug, which can be yours for $12.65.
So, how do you access the store? I hear you ask. Well, all you have to do is visit Amazon and search "Disney Halloween". Once you've done this, select Disney as the brand and voilà! The spooky store will appear.
Featured below is another item from the Disney Halloween store, which is perfect for anyone who wants a friendlier looking pumpkin this Halloween. Priced at just $8.99, this lantern is a steal, and is also available in Dory and Jack Skellington varieties.
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Disney / Amazon]]
However, if you want your pumpkin decoration to actually be orange, then maybe this Mikey lantern will be more up your street. It's 6.5 inches tall and battery operated - the perfect addition to any Disney lover's real pumpkins. Priced at $12.99.
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Disney / Amazon]]
But if you're simply looking for something Disney themed that will be perfect to wear throughout October, this Bad Witches Club t-shirt could be exactly what you're looking for. It aptly includes the slogan: "Why be a princess when you can be a queen?"
It's available for $22.99.
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Disney / Amazon]]
Then there's this haunted mansion coaster set, which is sure to inspire more than a few smiles (or screams) this October. Priced at $22.99.
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Disney / Amazon]]
While Jack Skellington might epitomize Halloween for a lot of Disney fans, if, like me, you saw Snow White first, chances are that it could be the Evil Queen, who, if you remember correctly, made the poison apple look like this...
This is a little pricer than the Jack Skellington mug at $34.99, but it would undoubtedly be an eye-catching piece this October.
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Disney / Amazon]]
But no list of Disney merchandise would be complete without a pair of the franchise's iconic mouse ears.
As you can see, this pair of Minnie's ears has been aptly decorated for the holiday with spiderweb ears and a pumpkin yellow sequin bow.
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Disney / Amazon]]
Disney doesn't just have themed merchandise for the spookiest night of the year, either. If you're lucky enough to be visiting its California Adventure this October, you can snap up tickets to the annual Oogie Boogie Bash.
Most of us have imagined what life as a Disney villain would be like.
Okay...Just me? Well, whatever, because this Halloween you have an excuse to do that very thing as Monopoly is releasing a Disney Villains edition.
The new Monopoly is available to purchase from Hasbro now, and in true villainous style, players have to scheme and steal their way to victory, with each villain having a unique power that's activated after you pass "Go".
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Hasbro]]
Now, as anyone who has ever played Monopoly will attest, the game can go on for hours, but this will simply be a fun addition to your overall Halloween night and it's designed to be played in 45 minutes or less.
The game comes with Poison Apple cards which give players a competitive advantage, allowing them to steal property, send their competition to jail, take their money, and more.
The senior director of global brand strategy and marketing at Hasbro, Chedney Rodgers, told Insider: "Villains are an integral part of Disney movies and are often the root of what makes each movie mysterious and exciting. We know there is a strong fanbase for these characters and we are thrilled to be able to celebrate Disney Villains in a way fans will appreciate and love."
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Hasbro]]
You will be able to play as one of six villains using the new edition: Cruella de Vil (101 Dalmatians), Hook (Peter Pan), Scar (The Lion King), the Evil Queen (Snow White), Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty), and Jafar (Aladdin).
"When picking which villains to include, it was not an easy decision," Rodgers said of the company's choice of Disney villains. "We wanted to make sure we were including the classic fan favorite characters, that consumers of all ages would recognize and embrace. Pulling from the most iconic and memorable characters, we made a diverse and balanced selection that could best translate into fun tokens for gameplay."

The new Disney Villian monopoly is suitable for ages eight and up and it can be purchased from Amazon and most retailers for $29.99.
Disney is magical. Between the classic characters, festive food, and children who are still in awe of it all, it's hard to have a bad time at their theme parks. And now, one Disney location is upping their game with this special Halloween party.
This fall, gear up for the Oogie Boogie Bash in Disney California Adventure Park. From September 17 to October 31, experience all kinds of festive changes throughout the space.
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Getty]]
This five-hour bash - which requires separate park admission from anywhere between $110 and $145 per person - will start on certain days in September with themed food and merchandise.
So, if you want to cop a pair of The Nightmare Before Christmas Mickey ears or feast on a Haunted Mansion cake, now's your time.
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Getty]]
These special days will have enough The Nightmare Before Christmas references to satisfy the most die-hard fans. But don't worry if you scare easily, as the bash is an all-ages event. Typically, Disney parks host Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party so that kids can still have fun during the holiday.
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Getty]]
While the Oogie Boogie Bash will offer more options for teenagers and young adults than before, everything that was in place for kids will not disappear, like costumes, fog, and lots and lots of candy.
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Getty]]
On top of all that, you have the option to to see shows and plays, meet your favourite characters, watch a parade, and enjoy festive decorations throughout the park. Plus, BYOBag and participate in the treat trails (even adults can collect this candy throughout the day).
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Getty]]
Several attractions will be re-themed and others will have special music or sounds to celebrate the holiday. The description on Disney's website reads:
"Don your favorite costume to an all new family-friendly Disney Halloween party where Oogie Boogie, from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, has summoned the Disney Villains to Disney California Adventure Park for an unforgettable night of fun and fright - part of Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort."
[[imagecaption|| Credit: Getty]]
"See Villainous! a new World of Color show (exclusive to this event), experience the wickedly transformed Redwood Creek Challenge Trail, walk along immersive treat trails featuring Disney Villains and join a pulsing dance party with the greatest dance crew from the Isle of the Lost—based on Disney’s Descendants movies."
Nightmare Before Christmas fans, rejoice - because Build-A-Bear are now selling a special Halloween release in the form of Oogie Boogie from the 1993 Disney classic, The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Oh, and to make things even better, they're also selling a version that sings Oogie Boogie's Song.
"The singing sack from Disney Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas may be the meanest man in Halloween Town, but his oversized, snuggly body makes him irresistible."
The description continues: "This burlap bogeyman from the classic film includes "Oogie Boogie's Song" on a sound chip, so you can sing and dance along at the press of his paw. Join the seam-splitting fun and bring home Oogie Boogie today!"
The teddy measures 16 inches in height, and will set you back $37 for the singing version, and $29 for the silent version.
As well as Oogie Boogie, Build-A-Bear is continuing to sell their Jack and Sally dolls, and an adorable Zero!
But this isn't the only exciting Build-A-Bear news over the last few weeks - oh no!
Because to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Harry Potter And The Philosopher's Stone (or 'Sorcer's Stone, if you're in the US) the company announced that it will be releasing its very own Harry Potter collection - and the date happens to coincide with what would be the first day of lessons at Hogwarts.
In an Instagram post, Build-A-Bear wrote, "Wands at the ready! Our newest collection is flying in this September. Check out our stories to sign up for email updates!"
Something tells me I'm going to have more Build-A-Bears than friends by the end of the year...
Okay, that's enough! Halloween 2019 has been and gone, and it's time to start wiping off the facepaint and throwing out the pumpkins (also, small animals like hedgehogs, squirrels, and other woodland creatures absolutely love pumpkins, so just pop them at the bottom of your yard). But before you get the tinsel out, there's still time to reminisce about the scariest night of 2019.
Along with Trick or Treating and Halloween parties, another much-anticipated part of this spooky holiday is seeing what our favorite celebrities will dress as. With more money than I'll ever have, you can better believe these megastars have the fund to truly transform themselves into something remarkable. Whether it's sexy or terrifying, here are the greatest celebrity looks from Halloween 2019!
This year, one of the most famous faces on the planet, Kylie Jenner, opted to dress up as Disney's incarnation of Ariel from The Little Mermaid. (The Hans Christian Andersen story which inspired it is a lot darker. Trust me.)
Well, you have to hand it to the makeup mogul, she really suits that clam bra. Although I'm pretty sure that Ariel's tail was nowhere near that revealing, but hey-ho if you're a Jenner, I guess, it's the family duty to look smokin' at all times!
[[pagebreak]]
[post_page_title]Kylie Jenner[/post_page_title]
I take back what I said about the tail. Once you see the outfit in its full glory, it's far from being the mini skirt it appears to be, but a stylish way of showing one leg while keeping a full-length tail that any mermaid would be proud to wear.
Did somebody say bend and snap? Kim K had it covered this Halloween, and it's all the apter as the reality star really is attending law school. That might come in handy if Kanye decides to run for president.
Whoa! Who'd have thought Ellen suited long blond hair? She's rocking that sparkly outfit too. The silver pasties covering her nipples make this outfit in my opinion.
[[pagebreak]]
[post_page_title]Bella Hadid[/post_page_title]
Bella Hadid as the greatest Fred Flintstone I've ever seen.
When the Flintstones comes into your mind, it's not immediately followed by the word "sexy", but that might not be the case for those who've seen Bella Hadid's Halloween costume. It's enough to make anyone say yabba dabba doo!
[[pagebreak]]
[post_page_title]Kevin Hart[/post_page_title]
Kevin Hart as best buddy The Rock (from the 90s). Y'know, when he still had hair!
He's even got the fanny pack! The only thing that could have made this outfit better would have been the addition of some muscles to make him look just as top-heavy as the Rock.
[[pagebreak]]
[post_page_title]Sofia Richie[/post_page_title]
Model and fashion designer Sofia Richie looks amazing as Princess Aurora from Sleeping Beauty.
Disney characters are always a winner when it comes to Halloween outfit choices, and Sofia Richie's sexed-up version of Princess Aurora undoubtedly got a few pulses racing this October 31.
[[pagebreak]]
[post_page_title]LeBron James[/post_page_title]
Basketball legend LeBron James gets a slice of the action as Edward Scissorhands.
Let's just hope he wasn't hungry in this outfit because the only thing he'd be able to do is cut ham - and maybe stab a few apples out of the bucket instead of bobbing for them!
[[pagebreak]]
[post_page_title]Jordyn Woods and Megan Thee Stallion[/post_page_title]
Jordyn Woods and Megan Thee Stallion as Mortal Kombat characters.
This is definitely one of the most revealing outfits on this list, but hey, they're both young and beautiful, so why not? Let's just hope that they decided to party somewhere warm.
[[pagebreak]]
[post_page_title]Jordyn Woods[/post_page_title]
While Jordyn's outfit doesn't look like much at all in the picture above, in this picture, you can see that there's actually a surprising amount to it.
"This is Halloween, everybody make a scream"... Come on! You know the words. This is the ultimate couple's costume for Tim Burton fans in my opinion, second only to Mrs. Lovett and Sweeney Todd.
Heidi Klum absolutely won the evening with this look seemingly inspired by Frankenstein and the alien movie Species. It took 13 hours for the outfit to come together.
When you're mom's a fashion and popular culture icon, you may want to emulate her from an early age. Stormi looks absolutely adorable here as she rocks her mom's 2019 Met Gala look.
[[pagebreak]]
[post_page_title]Ellis Ross[/post_page_title]
Actress and TV host Tracee Ellis Ross amazed as Red from Us.
Minaj is channeling all of Margot Robbie's sexiness from when she played Harley Quinn, as for Kenneth Petty, well, I reckon he makes a sexier Joker than Jared Leto.
[[pagebreak]]
[post_page_title]Hasley[/post_page_title]
Halsey wowed her followers with her very accurate Marilyn Manson.
There's only word that can adequately describe this picture and that's fire. She's proof that women in their 50s can look just as sexy as those in their 20s. Confidence is key.
I can imagine her saying, "The doctor will see you now" in her most sultry voice. Nurses are definitely up there in the sexy jobs category alongside cops and firemen.
"We all float down here..." Now that's a Pennywise that I'm sure would encourage a lot of people, young and old, to peek into a train - regardless of whether or not they've lost their boat!
[[pagebreak]]
[post_page_title]Patrick Schwarzenegger and Abby Champion[/post_page_title]
Ooh, behave! Patrick Schwarzenegger and Abby Champion as Austin Powers and a Fembot.
I think we can all concur with Zackiba's comment that the only thing which would have made this outfit better would have been if he'd pulled up in the almighty shaguar saying, "U look smashing baby."
This brilliant outfit was aptly captioned: "My secret you ask... water, tequila, boundaries and a healthy dose of accountability." Her smile says it all, really.
Isn't she adorable? The fact that her face is almost dwarfed by that yellow bow makes this picture that bit better. I'm sure it's one they'll look back fondly on in years to come.
Oftentimes, we pick a Halloween costume related to a movie or character which means something to us, which was certainly the face for Tallulah. It's definitely not a look that many could pull off, but it's safe to say she nailed it.
[[pagebreak]]
[post_page_title]Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake[/post_page_title]
Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake went as 90s Justin Timberlake and a microphone. This hilarious snap was captioned by Jessica Biel, "This is what happens when you admit on TV that you don’t know any NSYNC songs and you’re married to @justintimberlake. Well played, husband, well played."
Do you what's better than doing a Stormi Webster and dressing up as your glamorous mom? Dressing up as your younger self's microphone. Justin's face in this picture is beyond hilarious. Now that's couple costume goals right there.
[[pagebreak]]
[post_page_title]Bella Thorne[/post_page_title]
Bella Thorne went sexy with her looks as a cookie delivery girl and this pose says it all really.
Now that's certainly a look that would have raised a few eyebrows if she'd tried to deliver cookies like that. If you didn't know better, you'd think it was from an adult movie, but as we've seen, for some, Halloween really is the perfect opportunity to get sexy.
[[pagebreak]]
[post_page_title]Bella Thorne[/post_page_title]
This wasn't Bella's only look, either. In this one, she looks like she could have easily stepped off an 80s dancefloor. That is what you call hair for days. And days. And days. And you get the point.
And there you have it! Another amazing Halloween with some truly incredible get-ups. I'm not 100% sure all of them were "scary", but I'm sure we can all agree that Heidi Klum won again.
