The title of “Thickest Teen on the Planet” is, on the face of it, one that many teenagers would have, traditionally, happily avoided, with connotations of being intellectually slow, a label famously undesirable.
However, in this day and age, the phrase takes on an entirely different meaning, with a 19-year-old named May Ling gaining attention online after being dubbed the “Thickest Teen on Planet” — a reference to her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), and not her intellectual capacity.
After already undergoing two BBL procedures, May is now aiming for an even more extreme goal: breaking the record for the largest BBL.
Despite already having a dramatically enhanced figure, she thinks it is still not enough and is pushing forward with plans to go further.
To achieve that, she is following a 6,000-calorie diet and preparing for additional surgeries. Her target is to surpass the current record of 100 inches, held by Gracie Bon.
May’s journey began at 18, when she had her first BBL after deciding to join OnlyFans. She has said the move was motivated by a desire to escape poverty and help support her sisters.
After gaining around 30 pounds, she underwent a second BBL at 19, a transformation that earned her the nickname “Thickest Teen on Planet.”
Now, she plans to gain an additional 100 pounds before undergoing a third BBL, which would involve transferring the extra fat from her body into her buttocks in an attempt to set a new record.
So far, May has reportedly spent around $70,000 on cosmetic procedures, including two BBL surgeries, breast augmentation, as well as lip fillers and Botox.
With her ambitions growing, she appears determined to push the limits even further, setting her sights on what some describe as the ultimate BBL title.

Drake has finally spoken out about long-running speculation that his ripped abs and even his backside were enhanced with cosmetic surgery.
The 38-year-old rapper - who has even been nicknamed 'BBL Drizzy - addressed the rumors during the premiere episode of Bobbi Althoff’s new Not This Again podcast.
“People think you got…[a] procedure done,” Althoff asked, referring to abdominal etching, a liposuction-based surgery that sculpts the midsection. “Did you do that?”
“No. People also say that I got a BBL, right? They call me BBL Drizzy,” Drake scoffed. “I don’t know if my like wagon looked crazy when I walked in here, but did it?”
The nickname 'BBL Drizzy' exploded online last year when rival producer Metro Boomin dropped an AI-generated diss track of the same name, mocking Drake with plastic surgery rumors.
The 'Take Care' rapper explained that the abs photo, which reignited speculation in June, was taken right after a workout. “I think it was just like I came from the gym. I was sweaty in that pic,” he said.
But he also admitted to retouching the image. “Maybe I like went on Facetune and, like, put, like, details up, you know? When you can like make it… sorry, just being honest!” he revealed. Althoff pressed him in disbelief: “You Facetuned it?!”
“Yeah, I was, like, maybe I, like, heightened the, like, saturation or something on it? I think I like hit it too hard. I hit it too hard,” Drake confessed. “Yeah, they don’t look like that.”
The post in question, a June 28 mirror selfie showing off glistening abs alongside a video of him jogging shirtless, drew immediate mockery from fans.
Comments included: “Fake abs lmaooooooooo when you will you stop you absolute clown” and “the abs do not match the body".
Even plastic surgery gossip accounts joined in. @surgeonmade_curves reposted the image, claiming Drake “did it again” and was “no stranger to the surgery table.”
"One thing is for sure, Drake can’t ever wait to recover fully and post once he’s completely healed," they alleged. "This man be too hype to show them abs/body and gives it away every single time."
The 'Hotline Bling' star didn’t share how much time he actually spends in the gym, but he has posted his running stats online. In August, he shared that he completed a nearly mile-long jog in two hours.
Beyond the body speculation, the Toronto-born star remains locked in a high-profile rap feud.
Kendrick Lamar has released a string of diss tracks accusing Drake of everything from plastic surgery to secretly fathering a child, even using a prescription for the weight-loss drug Ozempic as cover art.
The two are set to face off at Sunday’s MTV VMAs, where Drake’s 'Nokia' is nominated for best hip-hop - the same category as Lamar’s chart-topping 'Not Like Us.'

Nothing comes easily as a teenager.
Not only are you going through huge changes to your body and physical appearance at an often alarming rate, but you are also likely sitting potentially life-changing exams and having your first meaningful romantic relationships, to boot.
All in all, then, it feels like life is pretty much out to get you during your teenage years, but do you know what could make the whole thing needlessly ten times worse? Being given disparaging comments about your physical appearance by relative strangers.
Unfortunately, one mom says that that is exactly what happened to her 13-year-old daughter during an annual medical checkup.
Personal trainer and mom-of-two Julie Venn says that, during the checkup, a nurse asked her daughter about her diet and exercise regimen before posing the question;
"Tell me Riley, how can you explain all of this weight you’ve gained?"
That's when the mom says she stepped in and defended her daughter. Here's her viral Facebook post in full;
"This week I took my 13 year old daughter to get her physical. As we entered the examination room I was excited to see how tall Riley would be as this year she has grown a ton! The coach in me has loved seeing her strength and size finally come along and the mom in me has loved watching this beautiful young girl begin to become a young woman.
"Enter first physicians assistant to take her vitals. Height, weight and blood pressure.
"She jots them down and leaves the room. Enter Nurse Practitioner. She begins by asking many questions- whats your bedtime? How much exercise do you get? Are you involved in sports? Do you get enough dairy in your diet? She asks her multiple times- anything else going on I should know about? Riley is friendly and answers all honestly and openly. She explains she will play two sports soon-softball in the fall and basketball in the winter. She tells her she goes to bed around 10:30pm and doesn’t have trouble sleeping.
"The NP presses her little on the sports participation sort of insinuating she will have trouble balancing that with school but Riley seems unaffected. She then asks her- How was school for you this last year? Riley again with complete honesty says- It was actually very difficult for me. There was a lot of drama and I struggled. The NP says that is pretty typical for 7th grade and moves on. She asks about getting her period and if it is regular. Riley explains she has gotten it but it has not been with regularity yet. The NP then looks down at her computer, then back up at Riley's face and says to my 13 year old daughter- “Tell me RILEY, HOW CAN YOU EXPLAIN ALL OF THIS WEIGHT YOU'VE GAINED?”
"My daughter is speechless and her eyes begin to glass over. I am speechless and the NP goes on to explain to her that given what her previous weight was last year- the numbers just don’t correlate with her current height. Has she been eating junk food or has her activity level changed. I LOST MY MIND. I had a literal, physical reaction. I put my hand up and said “STOP! You need to stop talking to my daughter about her weight. She is 13, she is strong. She is healthy and she is PERFECT. You need to move on!” NP seems surprised at my reaction and doesn’t say much. She continues with her exam. As she finishes she asks me to follow her because she has a question to ask me.

"I follow her into an adjoining room out of earshot of my daughter and she asks me why I had that reaction to her. I explained in no uncertain terms that she was out of line in the way she dealt with my daughter. Our girls need to be empowered and supported and celebrated. They already have to compare themselves to the ridiculous social media bullshit standards. They are flooded with images of perfection via tv, youtube, FB, Instagram and Snapchat. Their whole freaking lives have a filter on them!! I hammer home the importance of eating healthy, exercising and of course sports because we are sporty people but my god! Kids eat junk food! Kids sit around watching Netflix! Kids get heavier, lighter, taller, wider! ITS NORMAL! Our young ladies need a break! If my child has a problem or is OVERWEIGHT than a doctor needs to talk to ME- not my daughter.
"This NP actually went on to defend herself by saying she tells the kids because they have control over their food and exercise. My response - LAST I CHECKED MAAM I DO THE GROCERY SHOPPING and the meal preparation and the extracurricular scheduling for my children. She’s 13! She responded that some kids have their own “pocket money” and use it for junk. WTF. SO- we left the office and won’t be back. The reason I am sharing this is because it is dangerous. Riley’s response when we left was “Mom, this is why kids have anorexia or feel like they want to hurt themselves.” She is exactly right!
Hey NP! Here’s what you COULD have said to my daughter and all of the beautiful young ladies you impact-
"'Hey kiddo. Let me tell you how exciting this time of your life is. I see you have started to grow into being a strong young woman and that is awesome! Know that some girls gain weight, some lose weight, some struggle with acne, some feel insecure but remember this- YOU ARE PERFECT just the way you are. As you mature you will be responsible for more things that pertain to your body- hygiene, activity, menstruation, exercise and healthy eating. This is just the beginning of a long, confusing, sometimes scary road to becoming a woman but it is worth it!'"
What do you think? Was the nurse wrong to question a relatively young girl about her eating and exercise habits? Did the mom react in the right way?

Despite the strides towards a more open society we have supposedly made, cosmetic surgery is still considered taboo by a lot of people. Nose jobs are seen as shallow, breast enhancements always end up being described as "fake", and very few people will ever admit to any kind of botox for fear of being judged.
Brazilian butt lifts, however, are a whole different story.
As well as coming with a healthy portion of judgement, butt lifts are actually pretty dangerous, and several people have died this year as a result of undergoing the procedure. Still, that hasn't put some people off of seeking out the operation, and, in fact, the surgery has only become more popular in recent years.
Natasha Crown, a 25-year-old model, is just one of many who has had a butt lift - three of them, in fact - and she just can't seem to quit.
"I think bigger is better," she said recently on an episode of Botched. "I will never ever be slim again. My bum is like a different dimension."
Crown has made it her mission to get the biggest behind in the world, and undertook drastic measures in order to accomplish her latest surgery. In order to gain enough weight (3st 2lb) to have it redistributed to her derriere, the model survived on a diet of fatty foods such as Nutella and pizza for months.
Now, following the procedure, she has 4,500ccs - the equivalent of five litres - of fat in each buttock.
"I have broken chairs with my butt, I have broken beds, I have broken people.
"I have always been different and in Sweden women think slimmer is more beautiful. But I think people need to see this is how real women should look."
Crown has already had three butt lifts, but she doesn't want to stop until she has a record-breaking booty.
"After my first surgery, I was so happy. Six months later I told [the surgeon] he did a great job but I wanted to have more and he was like 'OK'," she said.
"We planned the second surgery. I knew the more fat I had, the bigger I was going to be. So I decided to gain a lot of weight. I love to eat, I gained 20kgs (3st 2lbs) and then I did the second surgery."
But that isn't the only cosmetic procedure she's embarked on during her career as a model.
"Over the last four years I have had three Brazilian butt lifts, one breast augmentation and then I've done some fillers in my chin, lips and my cheekbones," she said.
"That's not surgery, it just completed my look. People came to me and said 'are you a plus size model?' So I thought 'OK I'll do that'.
"Right now I work out three to four times-a-week. Everyone wants to be size 0 and I'm size 50."
Crown's butt is currently 80 inches in diameter, according to her Instagram page. She is still working on making it even bigger, despite pleas from her family to stop

Bhad Bhabie, AKA Danielle Bregoli, has revealed just how much plastic surgery she's had since she was 16 years old.
The 20-year-old, who originally shot to fame when she appeared as a guest on an episode of Dr. Phil back in 2017, appeared on a recent episode of Emily Ratajkowski's 'High Low' podcast where she delved into multiple topics such as OnlyFans, being misunderstood and how it felt overall growing up as a child in the entertainment industry.
However, one segment seemed to stand out for for a lot of people, and it's the part where she discussed the cosmetic work she's undergone since coming into the spotlight.
"I had two rounds of [silicone] a** shots when I was 16 that did nothing. I didn’t start getting any kind of shape to my body until I started gaining weight," she said.
"I gained, like, 25 pounds in, like, two weeks," Bregoli continued. "It just happened. I’ve never gotten my boobs done. I’ve had lip filler."
The 'Mama Don't Worry' artist has previously spoken out about the procedures she's had on Instagram, letting her fans know that she spent thousands and thousands of dollars on maintaining her appearance.
This includes filler as well as $40,000 veneers.
Back in 2021, she also hit back at people that accused her of having "full facial reconstruction surgery" as per People.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, the rapper posted a photo montage as well as a lengthy caption about her appearance and why she decided to undergo cosmetic procedures.
"I got 1/2 syringe of lip fillers a couple months ago, veneers and Sculptra and silicone in my butt," the star said. "I've told y'all that multiple times."
She continued: "What's the point of my wearing make up if it don't make me look better? I'm only 18 [in 2021] why would I get full facial reconstruction surgery when I don't even know how I'm gonna look when I get older?"
"Only when I wear make up and/ or wigs y'all say I got surgery and compare it to pics of me at 13... no one else looks the same at 18 as they did 13 14 everyone has a glow up," the 20-year-old added.
Bregoli also revealed whether she would be open to getting more work done in the future.
"When I do get my nose done I will b glad to let y'all know," she wrote. "But funny thing ab me is I'm scared as hell Of being put under anesthesia so I would never even do that over some looks only if it was a life or death situation or something for my health."
The rapper also emphasized that the post would be the last time addressing the rumors, adding: "Y'all are comparing pictures of me when I was 14, 13-14 with no makeup on, whatever, and me with no eyebrows, to pictures of me 18 almost 19 with makeup on. That's the point of wearing makeup."
"I have a fat nose so I like to make it smaller with makeup. People do contouring in their cheeks all the time," she concluded.
While Bregoli may have initially gained fame on a TV program marketed as a "troubled teen", she's gone on to produce her own music and gained popularity on Instagram as well as OnlyFans, which she started the day she turned 18.
As per PinkVilla, she is now in "the top .01% of OnlyFans creators, and she has successfully earned over $50 million since she launched her profile on the platform."
