An influencer who married her stepson has shared the moving moment he met their newborn baby for the first time on Instagram.

Marina Balmasheva, 35, had her son in a Russian hospital earlier this month, and her husband Vladimir Shavyrin, who wasn't present at the birth, arrived shortly afterward.

In the sweet video, the new dad can be seen arriving at the hospital with bouquets of flowers before being handed his newborn daughter and giving her a kiss.

Marina, a blogger, had previously opened up about how she was struggling to breastfeed because of her implants and had as a result decided to bottlefeed her daughter instead.

She also revealed that her husband, who is 15 years her junior, is pulling his weight in helping to look after their newborn.

She previously hit the headlines when she announced that she was leaving her 45-year-old husband to start a relationship with his son instead.

Alexy, her ex, has accused Marina of seducing his son, who she has known since he was six years old.

He said that his ex-wife would leave their bedroom to go into his son's room while he was sleeping, and asserted that he would have forgiven her for cheating if it had been with anyone apart from his son.

She subsequently hit back at her ex-husband and said that her previous marriage was no life compared to the one she has now.

Marina has also been open about her decision to have cosmetic surgery after marrying her new, younger husband.

The new parents announced that they were in a relationship last year before tying the knot.

In a post announcing her pregnancy translated by news.com.au, Balmasheva previously wrote: "Tired of hiding. I know that the deadline is still small. That ultrasound with the heart is yet to come.

"But I want you to know that everything is possible in this world. We are 4 weeks old and yes, that is why we decided to get married."

The couple asserted that they are happy, but acknowledge that people will judge them for the unconventional way that they met.
