A man who won a car worth $30,000 also scored a $250,000 scratchcard jackpot after being asked to re-create his win on camera for the local news.
In 1998, then-37-year-old Bill Morgan experienced his first of three miracles when doctors managed to revive him after he had a heart attack and spent 15 days in a coma. During this time, his family was even advised to off his life support.
About a year after his heart attack, Morgan's life had turned around after he landed a new job and become engaged. He also experienced his second miracle when he shockingly won a brand new Toyota Corolla worth $30,000 on a scratchcard.
Australia's Nine News then decided to cover Morgan's amazing story, and asked him to purchase another scratchcard so that he could recreate his lucky win on camera. However, what nobody realized was that Morgan was about to experience his third miracle

In the footage - which was shown on Nine's evening news in Melbourne, and on other prominent networks like CNN and the BBC - Morgan made a special call to his fiancée to tell her about his win and told her that she could buy a house.
Two years ago, the now 59-year-old spoke with Daily Mail Australia about how the joyous moment impacted his life and what happened after.
"It was an incredible time - 12 months before I had the win the heart stopped and my life was over for 14 minutes and 38 seconds," he disclosed. "Every week I buy my Tattslotto and a $5 scratchie, I still do it now actually."
"So I buy this Scratchie I said out loud 'I think I've won a car' and sure enough, I had," he said, adding, "It wasn't that big of a deal to me until the newspapers and TV stations got wind of it."
Morgan described the event that occurred that day and said that he was filmed walking up to the counter to get a $5 Scratchie and was told by the cameraman that it would "make a good shot".
Unbeknownst to him, as he started scratching off in front of the camera, he turned around and said "I just won $250,000" to which the boss from Tattersall chimed in and said "good joke".
"I said 'I'm not joking' and all of a sudden it hit me like a tonne of bricks," Morgan added. "I thought I was going to have another heart attack there and then."
The incredible video - which has been viewed over 2 million times - shows the man collapsing against a shelf as he realizes he has won the massive cash jackpot.
Morgan revealed that life after the wins has not been filled with the same luck he experienced in the late 90s. He has battled a series of heart problems and arthritis, and also spoke about the recent loss of his nephew and brother-in-law.
But despite his struggles, Morgan expressed that he is grateful for the comfortable and delightful 22 years he had with his wife in his own house and car.
"I'm either on the highest of highs, or the lowest of lows," he said. "But look, I've had a bonus of 22 years and that's the way you have to live your life."
"Every day I get up and put on my shoes, and even if I'm not real well I have a shuffle down the road and smell the roses, look at the sun and think about how lucky I am," he concluded.
