You probably thought, didn't you, that'd you'd covered practically every base imaginable - both literal and figurative - when it comes to lockdown baking.

You've made sourdough starters with painstaking care and attention, you've knocked out countless banana bread loaves with a quite startling abandon and laissez-faire panache.

You've whipped up birthday cakes with homemade icing, tried out increasingly stress-inducing Gordon Ramsay recipes that require such patience and deft-handedness that you never would've attempted them if you'd just completed yet another soul-crushing commute home from work.

Check out our very own recipe for tropical cheesecake stuffed chimney cake:

And yet, dear reader, and yet...

Mamma Mia (Here We Go Again), because I've got some food-related news for you, and you're going to want to hear it.

Pornstar Martini cheesecake is now a thing. Yes, emerging from the depths of social media like some incredibly Instagrammable and delicious kraken, it's here to stop you in your tracks. Thought you'd covered every baking base? Think again.

Like all good collaborations, the Pornstar Martini cheesecake takes two disparate things we all know and love - Pornstar Martinis and, well, cheesecake, and fuses them into something bewilderingly colorful and overwhelmingly flavorsome.

Instagram is awash with the delicious-looking creations at the moment and with good reason. I mean, just look at them:

Cakehole has a recipe for Porn Star Martini Cheesecake Squares on its website. To make them you'll need:

  • "100g butter
  • 300g digestive biscuits
  • 600g cream cheese
  • 450g greek yoghurt
  • 250g caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5tsp cornflour
  • A small bottle of prosecco
  • 6 passionfruits
  • 1tsp icing sugar"

That'll be enough for approximately 20 squares. You can view the full recipe and method on their website.

The tangy prosecco flavor with the sharp passionfruit and creamy cheesecake mix... It really does seem like a match made in heaven.
