OnlyFans star accused of faking earnings after allegedly making $3.4million in first day after turning 18
A popular OnlyFans star has hit out at Piper Rockelle after she claimed to have made $3.4million in her first day on the adult site just after turning 18.
Rockelle first shot to fame as a bubbly eight-year-old YouTuber, becoming a staple of Gen Z internet culture through her drama-filled, reality-style videos about friendships and young romance.
Since then, she’s built a massive online empire: her self-titled YouTube channel has over 12 million subscribers, while her TikTok and Instagram accounts have amassed 18 million and 6.6 million followers respectively.
But as soon as she turned 18, she decided to go after a new revenue stream.
Her OnlyFans launch made millions in hours
Ahead of the drop, Rockelle changed her X bio to “the link drops January 1st,” creating a wave of anticipation that turned into serious cash.
In a now-deleted post, she claimed she earned $1.4 million in the very first hour. Later, she shared a breakdown of her first-day earnings: $2 million from subscriptions, $170,000 in tips, and the remainder from paid messages.
“My first day! Forever grateful. What should my first purchase be?” she captioned the post.
While her posted earnings breakdown showed a total of around $2.9 million, Rockelle later upped the number, claiming she hit $3.4 million in a full 24-hour span.
Regardless of the exact figure, the response was instant - and explosive. Social media was flooded with reactions, and not all were supportive.
OnlyFans star doubts claims
Popular OnlyFans star Dainty Wilder has hit back at Rockelle, claiming that the numbers she presented may have been fabricated.
Taking to Instagram, she overlaid herself on the image of Rockelle's alleged earnings and revealed how it's possible to manipulate numbers.
She changes the numbers on the image to show that she earned $22million, which is obviously not true.
"And just like that, I can fake my earnings just like Piper has," Wilder stated, while claiming the move is in "bad taste" and "bad publicity."
She also pointed out an alleged typo in Rockelle's image.
Critics question her audience and internet culture
As news of Rockelle’s success spread, so did the backlash. Many online users expressed deep discomfort over the speed and nature of her OnlyFans earnings, suggesting it revealed something troubling about the people who had followed her since childhood.
“You’re a victim of predatory capitalism,” one person wrote.
“Extremely disturbing folk that watch child youtubers and spend money on OFs subs as soon as they turn legal age,” another user commented.
A third added: “Just imagine how much of her audience were waiting since she was a literal child?”
“All the weird men in here happy but what about when she was 17, y’all nasty asses was just waiting for her to be freshly of age,” said another commenter under her countdown post.
“This whole situation is so gross. All the men waiting for her to be legal? Yuck. After everything that was shown in the documentary I'm so concerned for her,” one person wrote on X.
Despite the storm of criticism, others applauded the 18-year-old for taking control of her career and turning her fame into a supposed major payday.
