A heartwarming video has gone viral as it shows the moment a woman finds out she's passed the Bar exams after her grandparents remortgaged their home to put her through law school.
Seren Lewis, 22, has been documenting her journey through law school on her TikTok page, and after months of stressful studying and exams, the day finally came to find out whether she had passed.
Sitting next to her grandparents, the TikToker, who goes by the handle @SerenLewis1, is seen anxiously looking at her computer screen.
Seeing that she is emotional before the results have been revealed, her grandfather supportively puts his arm around her, while her grandmother deals with the technical duties.
After a quick scan of the results, her grandfather joyfully exclaims "pass pass pass", and Seren breaks down in tears, with her loving grandparents quickly follow suit.
It's evident to every viewer that Seren and her grandparents are extremely close, and the caption of her video details the journey they have been on.
"Passing the Bar and qualifying as a [lawyer] is my biggest accomplishment to date," Seren wrote. "However it would have never happened without my Grandparents who I can only be forever grateful for. Taking me in at 2 years old and retiring early to care for a toddler was the most selfless act anyone could have done for me."
She continued: "Bar school is extremely expensive and is still so inaccessible to the majority of people living in the UK. To be able to attend, they decided to remortgage their house that they had paid off so many years ago and without that, I would not be where I am today."
It's difficult to watch the heartwarming video without welling up, especially knowing that the grandparents have devoted a large portion of their lives to ensuring that Seren got the opportunities she deserved.
People flocked to the comments to offer their thoughts, as one person wrote: "Congratulations!! You and your grandparents deserve the world."
A second person added: "It’s [07:08AM] and I’m in tears at this. Congratulations! I’m proud of you & I don’t even know you," while a third said: "Bless them and you I hope you excel in your career and wish you and your grandparents the best life there is."

It's hard to not feel immense pride in Seren despite not even knowing her, and her grandparents are clearly amazing people, and we know that the 22-year-old will be an incredible attorney!
