A man has been left bewildered after his wife complained to him about a symbol in her car that looked like "a person sitting on the toilet."
Let's be honest, the majority of us get in our cars every day, and as long as it takes us from A to B we very rarely check what any of the lights on our dashboard mean.
Mechanics will be horrified by anybody admitting this but seeing a warning light pop up and simply ignoring it until it goes away is pretty common practice.
Everybody should take the time to learn about their vehicles though. They can be pretty dangerous at the best of times so knowing what each light means can be important.
Unless a symbol pops up and you have absolutely no idea what it means. One woman found exactly this, so she messaged her husband who was left completely stunned.
Jett Wade took to TikTok where he revealed his confusing situation in a video that has now racked up over 3 million views.
"My wife messaged me to say her car wasn’t starting and that the dash was showing a sign of a person on the toilet," Jett wrote, before adding that he asked his wife to share a photo of what she was talking about.
He shared the photo, which in fairness does look like somebody sitting on the toilet - but actually displays the temperature -4°C.
Jett looked rather perplexed at what his wife had messaged him, but it would appear that many people understand where she was coming from as they took to the comments.
One person said: "Once you see it, you can’t unsee it" and a second added: "In her defense it does look like that!"
It seems that others couldn't quite work out the symbol, as one person wrote: "That’s not the person on toilet sign? Then what is that?"
Others also questioned what the symbol meant as it does look like a person doing their business, so it's easy to see why Jett's wife was confused by it.
So it would seem that cold temperatures are not only uncomfortable but also cause cars to display weird symbols.
