An anonymous stranger left a "harsh" and "nasty" note for a mother-of-three on her car, branding her a "fat piece of s**t" for parking in a stroller-only spot while out shopping.

Per Daily Mail Australia, the woman - whose name is not known - parked the car before she, her husband, and their three children (including a one-year-old) entered a shopping mall.

When the family returned to the parking lot, they came across a note written on a napkin which was left on her tire.

"You should not park here. You got no pram or baby with you, you fat piece of s**t", the note, which was written in capital letters, read.

This is despite the fact that the mom did indeed have a stroller in her car - and her youngest child is an infant.

Per Daily Mail Australia, the woman described the stranger as "harsh" and "nasty" and said they should make sure they're aware of the whole situation before judging others.

"Yes, I have a double pram in my car! Yes, I have two baby car seats in my car," she told Daily Mail Australia.

"The point is, don’t jump to conclusions if you don’t see me push a pram or hold a baby as I dropped my husband off at the entrance with the kids while I went and found a car spot. People are so nasty and quick to judge," she added.

People on social media had mixed responses - some people weren't at all sympathetic while others felt the anonymous note writer was clearly in the wrong.

A commenter in the former category wrote: "In all fairness, if she managed to drop the kids off at the entrance with the support of her partner then she didn’t really need the pram parking spot anyway.

"There could have been a solo parent right behind her who genuinely needed the space to get her kids out safely. If her and her partner could manage an entrance drop-off, they could probably do a pick up the same way. Not that sympathetic."

Another Facebook user maintained that it's "not illegal to park" in a "stroller- only" parking spot, writing: "They are courtesy parks. It's not illegal to park in one unlike a disabled park. I park all the time in them with my elderly clients as they don't qualify for a disabled permit.

"Stop being so damn entitled. They weren't around when my kids were young and we survived. It's not hard to get kids and prams in and out of vehicles!"
