A woman who has become known for having the 'world's biggest cheeks' has revealed what she looked like before getting filler.

Anastasia Pokreschchuk, 36, from Kyiv, Ukraine, previously revealed that she had spent over £1,600 ($2,000) on surgery to achieve her striking look.

As well as facial fillers to emphasize her cheeks and jawline, the model has also undergone Botox, a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) and a boob job.

She took to Instagram this week to give her 628,000 followers a rare glimpse at what her face looked like before having any surgery at all.

Anastasia shared a photo of herself at 35 years old, as well as one from almost a decade earlier when she was aged 26, before her cosmetic journey began.

She confirmed that in the younger snap of her, she had no "hyaluronic acid" injected into her face.

Fans flooded the comments to share their thoughts, writing: "You were really beautiful," and: "You were so beautiful before, but if the changes makes you happy, live your life and don't listen to others."

Others added: "Why???? You was so beautiful before," and: "you're beautiful in the past and right now, enjoy your beautiful life."

Anastasia has faced trolling for her extreme looks, hitting back at one commenter who told her that "nobody would find her attractive" earlier in the year.

She responded to the comment to say: "I don't understand this kind of thinking at all. I don't understand how I can think about my appearance based on what others say.

"I don't care what others say because this is my face and I have to like it, not you. This is my face and my life. You will not live my life for me, okay?"

She also addressed how much happier she is with her looks now during an interview on UK TV show This Morning in 2020, admitting that she has no plans to change.

Anastasia said at the time: "I look at my pictures from years ago and I think that I'm ugly. I didn't like how I looked, but you can change it no problem. I didn't like my face, I looked like a hamster."

She added that the abuse she gets is only online rather than in person, telling the Daily Mail: "I get hate comments online all the time - no one has the confidence to say it in person.

"In real life, people want to hug me and take pictures with me. It's so nice!"

Anastasia added: "I don’t have people around me that judge me, but I don’t give a f*** what people think of me. My friends never judge me.

"My mother tells me that I looked beautiful before of course, but now she calls me 'exotic'. She is my best friend and the best possible support I could ask for."
