The brother of one of the Kansas City Chiefs fans who was found frozen to death outside of a friend's house has claimed that his body was found in an unusual position.

There has been widespread speculation about the circumstances of the deaths of David Harrington, 37, Ricky Johnson, 38, and Clayton McGeeney, 36.

The three men were attending a watch party for the Chiefs' final game of the regular season at the house of Jordan Willis, but they never returned to their homes.

The discovery that they had lost their lives occurred when the fiancée of one of the victims requested a welfare check, leading authorities to the NW 83rd Terrace residence.

Fox News Digital reported that one body was found on the back porch, while the other two were discovered in the backyard, succumbing to the extreme cold.

The police have stated that there is no sign of foul play and nobody is in custody for the deaths, but theories around the case have stemmed from claims of the victim's family members.

Jonathan Price, the brother of Johnson, criticized law enforcement for the lack of transparency in the investigation.

Speaking with News Nation's Chris Cuomo on Monday, Price expressed frustration, stating: "As a brother, I'm looking at everything."

He disclosed a disturbing detail, saying: "Harrington was found on a lawn chair on the back porch, rather than all three laying flat, which paints a picture we didn't have from the very beginning."

Price questioned the Kansas City police's assertion that there was no evidence of foul play, suggesting that his brother may have unknowingly ingested an unknown substance.

"I'm not saying there was or was not a crime, but if you immediately suspect no foul play, then you should have a story, you should have something to tell the families," he declared.

Despite the lack of information, Price emphasized the daily struggle the families face, saying: "It's the same every day with the lack of answer and the inability to truly mourn without any cause."

Willis, who spent the 48 hours between the game and the discovery of the bodies "asleep on the couch," is now under scrutiny and facing public accusations.

A source close to Willis told Fox Nation on Saturday: "Not only is the whole country accusing him of murdering his friends without factual details, evidence or any charges at this time, but he also lost three close friends."

The source revealed that Willis is devastated by the loss and is facing severe online threats, forcing him to move out of his home due to safety concerns.

"No one seems to be willing to wait for the results of the toxicology report or wait for any other facts from the police department from a case that is still under investigation to make these speculations," the source added.

The police have recently released a statement, as reported by AP, revealing that there are still no signs of foul play.

Alayna Gonzalez, a spokeswoman for the Kansas City Police Department, stated: "This still remains a death investigation and nothing more. We still have no evidence or indication of foul play, no one is in police custody."

The cause of death for the three men is yet to be determined.
