Fans believe that Joe Lindner's final Instagram post seemingly hinted at his health battles ahead of his tragic death on June 30.

The news of Lindner's death was first announced by the German bodybuilder's girlfriend Nicha, better known by her Instagram handle @immapeaches.

Taking to the social media platform, she poured her emotions into a heartfelt post alongside multiple snapshots of the couple together.

"Yesterday [he passed] away by aneurysm... I was there with him in the room.. he put on the necklace [on] my neck that he made for me," she wrote.

"[Three] days ago he kept [saying] that he [had] pain [in] his neck .. we [didn't] really realize it... until it [was] too late," she continued before going on to detail how "amazing" and dedicated her boyfriend was.

"If your guys [know] him like I do... [he] is the amazing and incredible person in this world," she said. "He [has] done so much... So please remember him as Joesthetics."

Prior to his death, the 30-year-old opened up to his nine million followers about his health issues after undergoing Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT).

"When I lost my gains because I went off everything for 1 year but then could not recover my own [testosterone] levels so went back on trt," wrote the fitness influencer under a set of shirtless pictures. "Trust me I tried to stop but be aware it might have long-term effects for your life."

"Trt is a big commitment keep that in mind," he continued.

Lindner then went on to show the differences in his physical stature with two comparison photos.

"[The] last pic [shows a] lot of size differences like... u can see at chest etc all [slimmed] down, even my waist [was] smaller back then," he told his fans.

The fitness guru also detailed the changes he saw after his hernia surgery before stressing that you can look "amazing" even when you're "natural", you "just need to get in shape."

Thousands took to the comments to leave messages for the star, emphasizing what an "inspiration" he was to the community.

In an interview prior to his death, the 30-year-old revealed his fears about overtraining after revealing he has a condition that causes his muscles to cramp up.

"The heart is also a muscle, that’s my biggest concern that what if I get such a bad cramp that my heart gets a cramp," Lindner told YouTuber Bradley Martyn. "That makes me scared. That’s why I’m staying away from bodybuilding competitions too much.

"Because I would take all these diuretics and if I stop eating salt and drink a lot, and then stop drinking as well, you would pee everything out, and then you would take a diuretic as well on top and then you pee even more sodium out," the bodybuilder continued. "I cannot exist really. I cannot even walk anymore."

So far, no official cause of death has been released.
