An adult star has recently revealed the ideal amount of time for a man to last in bed.

If you dig into the depths of Reddit or Twitter, you'll always find men asking the same questions about being intimate with partners.

"Does size matter?", "How big is too big?" and "Do women care about physical looks?" - it's always the same sort of superficial questions.

But by far one of the most popular questions has to be about sexual stamina and how long men need to last in bed to make sure a woman is satisfied.

Thankfully, we have some experts on hand to provide you with some solid answers.

Belle Olivia, best known for her raunchy content on OnlyFans, has revealed that sex does not need to last all night long for it to be a good time.

During an appearance on Rebel Devil Podcast alongside fellow content creator Sophia Isabella, the star, who is one of the UK's top performers on the site, revealed that the ideal amount of time a man should last in bed is around 10-15 minutes.

When asked the question by the host Jordan Smith, Belle replied: "10 to 15 minutes. Any longer and I'm like obliterated."

Sophia also agreed, referring to long, steamy sessions as "boring."

While the actual romp might be limited to a shorter experience, both women noted that the build-up is extremely important.

"It needs the build-up, then it needs the foreplay, then the sex," she said. "You need to have the whole experience."

And just to put the other popular question about size playing a significant role in it all, fellow adult entertainer, Autumn Falls, revealed that it's not actually about how big it is.

The star, best known for her content on P*rnhub, confirmed it's about how you go about using what you have.

"Yes and no," she said during an episode of Bradley Martyn's Raw Talk podcast. "I feel that it's probably the way you use your c***. How you use it."

"Obviously, you hear this a lot. Girls are like: 'It's not always the size. It's important but not as important as the way you use it.' So, are we talking speed? Like angles? We've got to give [men] some pointers," Martyn said.

"I'm not the best with that," the star admitted. "I feel like definitely a little bit of both speed and angles. But also, every person's different so it's really hard."

So there we have it, folks! Don't be insecure about something you can't help, just work on honing your other talents in the bedroom. And listen to her needs, that's probably the sexiest thing you could do in the bedroom.
