A mom has gone viral after putting on a hilarious Olympics-inspired gymnastic routine in her kitchen - and let's just say, she put on one hell of a performance.

Now that the 2024 Paris Olympics are well and truly in full swing, Breanne Allarie, a mom of two from Vancouver, British Columbia, decided that she wanted in on the action.

But how? I hear you ask.

By pulling out a mat in her kitchen, putting on her swimming costume, and busting out a few moves.

The video, which has garnered a lot of attention since it was posted on Instagram, shows Breanne showing us some pretty solid moves including a handstand, a switch leap, and even an attempt at the Shushunova - much to the delight of her husband.

"Gold, gold," the mom can be heard saying at the end of the video.

I mean, she definitely wins the top spot in our eyes.

Have a look at the video for yourselves:

The post has received over a million likes in just a few days as well as thousands of comments commending her for her athleticism.

"ngl, the switch split was pretty impressive," wrote one user, while another added: "as a former nationally competitive gymnast - you nailed it."

A third also chimed in, writing: "You have to had some gymnastics or dance in your background... cause this was kinda really good!"

And this user was also very impressed commenting: "Those low toe spins though. Like what even, how!?"

Others also commended Breanne's husband for putting up with her "shenanigans."

"If my future man is not putting up with my shenanigans like this... I’m throwing the whole man in the rubbish bin," this user wrote.

Speaking to TODAY, the mom-of-two opened up about how this video came about.

"My husband and I just had been watching all the clips from the Olympics, and I always have been the type of person that if I see something, I’m like, 'I could probably do that. I could try it myself,'" she told the outlet. "So I brought up my kids’ mat and I just started doing some tricks."

And some already guessed it, but Breanne did indeed have a background in gymnastics.

"I was in intense gymnastics competitively until I was about 14 years old," she recalled. "Originally, I really wanted to go to the Olympics. And then as I got older, I was like, 'OK, maybe not the Olympics, but a full-ride scholarship.' That was the goal."

But unfortunately, a tragic accident led to her giving up the sport altogether.

"I did a tumbling pass and I landed on my neck and I fractured my back. That was it," she said. "Honestly, I was so lucky that I could still walk."

Thankfully, after she recovered, she started training as a dancer and eventually went pro, earning roles on cruise ships and at Tokyo Disney.

Breanne's can-do attitude was seemingly infectious amongst her fans as well as her children, with her four-year-old son saying: "'I give you a gold, Mom!'"

We love to see it!
