Princess Catherine is back.

Less than 24 hours after the beloved 42-year-old Princess of Wales provided a long-awaited health update to her supporters, she appeared as part of Saturday's Trooping of the Colour celebrations in London.

The June 15 ceremony is an annual event performed on Horse Guards Parade in London by regiments of the Household Division. The ceremony is a celebration of the official birthday of the British sovereign.

Princess Catherine - the honorary Colonel of the Irish Guards - sadly had to miss the rehearsal of the event back on June 8, but has delighted fans around the world with her appearance today.

The beloved princess could be seen talking to her children in the carriage before they arrived at Horse Guards Parade in Whitehall.

The Princess of Wales was absent from the dias, as she opted to watch the event from a balcony in the Duke of Wellington's former office with her three young children.

Following Princess Catherine's appearance, social media platform X blew up with praise -- here are some of the most heartfelt reactions to the Princess' return to the public eye:

As previously mentioned, the Princess' appearance today comes less than 24 hours after she shared an update with fans detailing the effects of the chemotherapy treatment - adding that she's "not out of the woods".

Posting on the official Kensington Royal social media channels alongside a new photo of herself, Princess Catherine wrote: "I have been blown away by all the kind messages of support and encouragement over the last couple of months. It really has made the world of difference to William and me and has helped us both through some of the harder times.

"I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days. On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you have to give in to your body resting. But on the good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling well."

Providing a glimpse into her live amid her cancer treatment, the Princess of Wales said: "My treatment is ongoing and will be for a few more months. On the days I feel well enough, it is a joy to engage with school life, spend personal time on the things that give me energy and positivity, as well as starting to do a little work from home.

"I’m looking forward to attending The King’s Birthday Parade this weekend with my family and hope to join a few public engagements over the summer, but equally knowing I am not out of the woods yet.

"I am learning how to be patient, especially with uncertainty. Taking each day as it comes, listening to my body, and allowing myself to take this much needed time to heal.

Princess Catherine concluded her statement by saying: "Thank you so much for your continued understanding, and to all of you who have so bravely shared your stories with me."

We continue to wish Princess Catherine and her family the very best as her health journey continues.
