New information has been released in relation to the 51-year-old rock fan who fell to his death during a concert at Madison Square Garden on Saturday (June 20).
The dad-of-two tragically plunged 150 feet (46m) to his death, in what was described as a "bloodbath" by a witness at the Goose concert.
Paul Kueker was attending the show when he fell from an elevated section inside the arena before 10PM.
The Connecticut-based dad's fatal fall took place while the event was ongoing, and it has been revealed that he attended the event with his wife to celebrate an occasion.
Kueker, a green-energy exec, was at the concert to celebrate his 25th wedding anniversary with his wife.
Paul Kueker's mom, Patricia Finelli, spoke to the New York Daily News about her son's untimely death, revealing: “He had taken his wife to the Goose concert because their 25th anniversary is on Tuesday.”
She also emotionally explained: “He was the greatest kid in the whole wide world. He’d give you the shirt off his back.
“He has two children, a beautiful wife, and he took care of me like I was a piece of gold.”
The New York Police Department said that officers responding to a 911 call found the man, who was unconscious and unresponsive, with injuries consistent with a fall from height.
After being transported to the hospital, he was pronounced dead - Billboard reported that Kueker was in Section 300 of the arena at the time of the incident.
Police do not suspect foul play, though the investigation is ongoing.
Kueker's wife didn't see her husband fall, though she felt something was wrong after he left to the restroom, and didn't come back.
Finelli said: “He got up to go to the bathroom, and he didn’t come back. She was getting worried after 10 or 15 minutes. And he didn’t come back.”
Police found Kristen in the stadium and broke the sad news to her.
The rock band was performing for the second time in a two-night gig at MSG when the incident occurred, completing their full set without knowing about the tragedy.
They released a statement after the fact, saying: “We are deeply saddened and heartbroken to learn of the tragic event that occurred at tonight’s show,
“We extend our deepest sympathies to everyone affected. Thank you to the emergency personnel and venue staff who stepped in with care and support.”
William Brown, the general manager of Smartcon, also released a statement about his employee.
“We are heartbroken by the sudden passing of Paul Kueker,” he began, adding: “Paul meant the world to everyone at Smartcon.
“He was an extraordinary person and a valued member of our team, and the loss is felt deeply across our entire company. Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. He will be profoundly missed.”

A witness has described a "bloodbath" scene after a father of two fell 150 feet to his death during a Goose concert at Madison Square Garden.
Paul Kueker, 51, was attending the show on Saturday (June 20) with his wife when he fell from an elevated section inside the New York venue shortly before 10PM.
According to the New York Police Department, officers responding to a 911 call found the man, an unconscious and unresponsive person with injuries indicating a fall from an elevated position.
He was transported to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Per Billboard's report, Kueker was in Section 300 of the arena at the time of the incident.
Police do not suspect foul play, and the investigation remains ongoing.
Fans who were inside the arena at the time shared shocking accounts of the moments after the fall.
One person said the fan fell from the upper 200 or 300 level into Section 102 below. The venue's primary seating levels span a height comparable to an average 10-storey building.
"Someone fell. They took him away on a stretcher. They're not letting us back in our section. They're going in with mops and re-seating us. I'm in section 102," they wrote on Reddit.
Another replied: "I was there, they emptied out the section when it happened."
A third concertgoer added: "I was nowhere near the ‘scene’ and it was still so horrifying. The second set was so jarring just kept looking back and forth between the band and the tapped off seats. I ended up leaving early cause of how uneasy the feeling was there. Just horrible. RIP."
Another witness described the aftermath simply as: "Wheeled off and bloodbath."
Kueker's heartbroken family later revealed he had attended the concert to celebrate a major milestone with his wife, Kristen.
The couple was preparing to mark their 25th wedding anniversary on Tuesday.
"He was the greatest kid in the whole wide world," Kueker's mother, Patricia Finelli, said. "He'd give you the shirt off his back.
"He has two children, a beautiful wife, and he took care of me like I was a piece of gold."
Finelli said her son had left his seat to use the restroom during the concert but never returned.
"He got up to go to the bathroom, and he didn't come back," she said. "[His wife] was getting worried after 10 or 15 minutes. And he didn't come back."
Police officers later located Kristen inside the arena and informed her of the tragedy.
Kueker was also remembered by colleagues at Smartcon, where he worked as a green-energy executive.
"We are heartbroken by the sudden passing of Paul Kueker," said general manager William Brown. "Paul meant the world to everyone at Smartcon.
"He was an extraordinary person and a valued member of our team, and the loss is felt deeply across our entire company. Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. He will be profoundly missed," they added.
Goose shared a statement about Kueker's death after the concert.
"We are deeply saddened and heartbroken to learn of the tragic event that occurred at tonight's show," the band wrote. "We extend our deepest sympathy to everyone affected. Thank you to the emergency personnel and venue staff who stepped in with care and support."
Madison Square Garden also issued a statement, saying: "While we await the police report on the tragedy at last night's Goose concert, we are deeply saddened by the loss of a fan's life at Madison Square Garden...Our hearts go out to the family and friends of the concertgoer."
The band went ahead with a scheduled performance in Central Park the following evening, explaining they had debated whether to continue.
"We considered whether or not we were going to play and came to the decision that the best thing we can do right now is bring our community together, lean on one another, and offer a space for healing," they said. "So let's be kind to each other tonight and remember our friend."
The group also announced that proceeds from the show would go toward a charitable fund supporting members of their fan community.

Jam band Goose officially released a statement in tribute to the late father who lost his life at their show on Saturday (June 20) at Madison Square Garden.

But now, the band that performed has paid tribute to the fan, who was just 51 when he fell to his death, while his wife thought he was in the bathroom.
The band was performing the second of their two-night stint at MSG when Kueker passed away, and they took to Instagram one day later to pay their respects.
Shortly before playing their sold-out gig in Central Park’s SummerStage, they penned: “We are all reeling following the events that occurred at last night’s show,
“Getting off stage to learn that news was devastating for us and our crew, and we cannot imagine how some of you left the show feeling last night.”
It was reported that MSG staff taped off and cleared at least seven rows in the area's lower bowl, where the fall took place, according to photos from concertgoers.
The band also said in their post that they wanted "all our fans and friends aware of some resources available to them," listing helplines that could be of use to those shaken up by the incident.
They also revealed that they are "working with Western Sun Foundation" to collect a fund that will "provide support and resources to our fans."
While they went ahead with their show, the band admitted: "We considered whether or not we were going to play and came to the decision that the best thing we can do right now is bring our community together, lean on one another, and offer a space for healing.

They also said that the show would be streamed, with all proceeds going to Western Sun Foundation's fan support fund.

A 48-year-old father died this week after his BASE jump from a San Diego high-rise went tragically wrong.
As reported by the New York Post, on Tuesday night, the thrill-seeking father was taking part in a BASE (buildings, antennas, spans, Earth) jump from the 23-story Palisade UTC apartment building in University City.
San Diego Police Department officials have since revealed to the San Diego Union-Tribune that rather than landing safely, the man plummeted to the ground below, dying as a result of the impact. In a further heartbreaking twist, the man's 16-year-old daughter witnessed her dad's fatal fall.
San Diego police Captain Scott Wahl told WKBN: "This individual had his 16-year-old daughter there, and as a father of four kids, I cannot imagine what she's going through at this point. No question that she's never going to forget those final few moments."
Wahl also told the Tribune: "It's not just one life lost, it's another that is completely devastated."
"Our heart goes out to her and the rest of his family," he added.
The man has yet to be publically identified, and it is still unclear whether his parachute malfunctioned or it failed to function correctly due to the height of the building.
Per the Tribune, witnesses reported hearing a loud pop, leading to residents of the 277ft tall apartment building exiting onto their balconies, where they saw him lying below. Despite the best efforts of emergency responders, the man was pronounced dead before reaching the hospital.
The Post states that the man was an experienced BASE jumper, and as well as his parachute, was also equipped with the appropriate equipment, such as a helmet.
"He had planned to deploy a parachute and survive the jump," Wahl added. "He’s got a history of doing different types of jumps. Really it’s a tragic event. It’s one that’s absolutely avoidable."
KSWB adds that it is unknown how he accessed the roof of the building.
The apartment building is an estimated 277 feet tall, according to an online database of skyscrapers. The man had on complete BASE-jumping gear at the time, including a parachute and a helmet. His daughter was taken to a hospital for observation, police said.
Speaking to KGTV, Capt. Wahl added: "At this point, we believe that his daughter was up on the rooftop with him, and was able to view what happened."

A man was killed after falling from a 750ft building in New York City, with reports stating that he was split "in half".
The incident unfolded at the Deutsche Bank Center after the unnamed man crashed through the front of the renowned Mandarin Oriental nearby.
As reported by TMZ, The incident unfolded in a matter of moments, leaving the victim fatally sliced in two upon impact with the New York City pavement.

As per the Daily Mail, an employee who worked at the building explained how "the marquee cut him in half", and went on to explain that the man was dismembered and his arm was located across the street.
A police officer on-site described the victim's attire, stating that he was wearing pajama bottoms, a printed T-shirt, and slippers at the time of the incident.
However, it appears that the man was not affiliated with the upscale hotel, occupying the uppermost 19 floors of the towering 55-story Deutsche Bank Center.
Law enforcement sources disclosed that the man seemingly gained access to the rooftop through a service elevator before falling to his death.
As emergency responders arrived at the scene, it became evident that the unidentified man had succumbed to his injuries. Images captured at the scene showed the victim's body covered by a blanket on the sidewalk.
The immediate area surrounding the victim's remains was strewn with shattered glass and debris, demonstrating the impact of the incident.
The twin opulent glass tower building, a former home to CNN's newsrooms, now boasts residences that can command staggering prices upwards of $19 million.
The investigation of the incident is currently ongoing.
In a similar incident earlier this month, a daredevil plunged to his death after falling from a 68-story tower in Hong Kong.
Remi Lucidi, a 30-year-old from France, lost his life during one of his dangerous adventures as he plummeted after reportedly getting trapped outside the Tregunter Tower complex, as reported by the South China Morning Post.
According to investigators, the stuntman arrived at the penthouse in the evening and told the security guard that he was visiting a friend on the 40th floor. It is believed that he made his way to the top floor and got trapped outside, so started frantically knocking on all the windows to get back inside the building.
According to The New York Post, Hong Kong officials alleged that the building’s security guard tried to cross-examine the man's claim of visiting a friend but he had already caught an elevator by then.
An insider also told the publication that Lucidi was last seen banging on a penthouse window on the 68th floor of Tregunter Tower at about 7:30PM - which prompted a startled maid to contact the police.
In addition to this, a further report stated that surveillance footage showed the man taking the stairs to the top level but it was locked so he forced the door open so that he could take another picture from the roof.
Law enforcement did not find Lucidi until his body was back on the ground. They also discovered his sports camera at the scene, which contained videos of extreme sports.
