A prestigious lawyer was caught allegedly getting steamy with a younger co-worker in Central Park, New York, by a TikToker, in a video that went viral last week.
Nathaniel D Cullerton, 45, is a partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, and was seen allegedly kissing Kelsey Borenzweig, 29, near Billionaires' Row in the Big Apple.
In fact, the pair were just a stone's throw away from the lawyer's multimillion-dollar apartment, which he shares with his wife.
Cullerton and Borenzweig work in the firm's litigation department, with the latter also being an associate, according to The Daily Mail.
This spring, they worked to help OpenAI CEO Sam Altman emerge victorious in a civil lawsuit that was brought by Elon Musk.
But the video of the couple sharing an intimate moment was filmed and shared by TikTok influencer Jay Guapo, who garnered millions of views from his 3.5 million followers and beyond.
It's a video which has been compared to the Coldplay debacle of last year, where two colleagues were seen getting intimate on camera, despite having their own partners.
In what was arguably the most viral moment of 2025, the coverage was worldwide, and it resulted in the pair leaving their jobs as a result.
But in the new awkward video, Cullerton can be seen giving off a confused-looking smile as he turned to Guapo, when the content creator joked: "Get a room, there's kids watching."
Borenzweig was also caught off guard by the approach.
Guapo seemed to have come across the pair by chance, filming them to poke fun at the public display of affection.
The pair tried to get the comedian to leave, attempting to cover the camera once they realized he was filming, as they stated: "Put the phone down," which he unsurprisingly ignored.
Viewers quickly recognized who they were, with the clip going viral and causing drama in the elite New York law world.
While it isn't known when the video was filmed, it was shot on the western edge of Central Park, just 30 blocks south of the apartment Cullerton is listed as living in with his wife, Moira Penza.
Penza is a partner at Wilkinson Stekloff, another top law firm, and the pair married in February 2016.
Borenzweig had been in a relationship with Adam Littleston-Luria, a judicial law clerk, but a source told the publication that this relationship ended "months ago".
He is the only individual involved in the incident who has commented on it, telling the publication: "I am not comfortable talking about this, but I am aware of it."
When asked if he was still with Borenzweig, he replied: "I am not comfortable talking about this," before ending the call.
Cullerton was questioned last week while walking to his building, as he remained silent while being asked about the video and whether his wife had seen it.
Law firms usually discourage romances between superiors and subordinates for a number of reasons, with workers usually warned to disclose romantic relationships in the office to HR.
It is unknown currently unknown when the pair's alleged romance began, but they were pictured working on the OpenAI case earlier this year, walking into court steps apart in May 2026.

The Coldplay fan who inadvertently ignited a tech world scandal with a viral concert video has now weighed in — and she's not mincing words.
It is a video that has set social media ablaze this week, and the woman behind the camera has now shared her thoughts on the now-viral moment and the ongoing fallout.
Grace Springer, 28, has garnered around 50 million views after sharing a video from a Coldplay concert where the band interacted with the crowd in a simple Kiss-Cam segment.
However, she inadvertently captured the moment Astronomer CEO Andy Byron was seen appearing to cuddle up to his company’s head of HR Kristin Cabot, before he ducked to the ground and she covered her face and turned away.
Speaking to the US Sun, Springer explained that she initially posted the video simply because she thought the couple’s reaction was entertaining. “I had no idea who the couple was,” the Coldplay fan said. "Just thought I caught an interesting reaction to the kiss cam and decided to post it."
She captured the moment at the band’s show at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, on Wednesday night. The footage shows Byron wrapping his arms around Cabot as the jumbotron zooms in on them during a “kiss cam” segment. As the camera lingers, the pair can be seen visibly panicking — with Cabot hiding her face and Byron ducking out of sight.
Springer, who uploaded the clip to TikTok, admitted that "a part of [her] feels bad for turning these people’s lives upside down", however, she delievered a simple - and blunt - six-word message:
"Play stupid games... win stupid prizes.”
Even Coldplay frontman Chris Martin couldn’t help but react in real time to the couple’s squirming. “Oh, look at these two,” Martin, 48, told the crowd. “All right, c’mon, you’re okay.”
As the couple continued to hide, he followed up with the now-infamous quip: “Oh, what? Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”
Later in the concert, Martin appeared to acknowledge the storm the kiss cam moment had already stirred online. “Holy s***,” he reportedly told the audience, according to The Guardian. “I hope we didn’t do something bad.”
The viral moment quickly snowballed across social media, prompting amateur sleuths to identify the couple as Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot — both senior leaders at Astronomer, a tech company based in the US.
As scrutiny intensified, Astronomer confirmed it had launched a formal investigation into the matter. On Friday, July 18, a company spokesperson told PEOPLE that Byron had been placed on leave.
“Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy is currently serving as interim CEO given Andy Byron has been placed on leave,” the company said. “We will share more details as appropriate in the coming days.”
The company added in a LinkedIn statement: “Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability. The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will have additional details to share very shortly.”
The US Sun has also reported that sources have confirmed that the incident was definitely not staged.
Both Byron and Cabot were reportedly in long-term relationships and have families before the Coldplay footage surfaced, according to various online reports. The scandal has since become a flashpoint for workplace ethics, executive behavior, and viral culture colliding in spectacular fashion.
Astronomer did not confirm the identities of anyone in the video, but stated that reports of “other employees” also appearing in the clip were inaccurate.
As the company braces for further fallout, Springer — the woman behind the viral moment — is staying out of the drama.

The woman who was caught on Coldplay’s viral kiss cam has made a bombshell claim about the former CEO.
Kristin Cabot, who was filmed cuddling Astronomer CEO Andy Byron during a packed stadium show in July 2025, opened up about the now-infamous clip during a recent interview on Oprah Winfrey's podcast.
Cabot revealed that she and Byron are no longer in contact, saying their relationship fell apart months after the scandal.
"There was a big miss on honesty and integrity," she said.
"He wasn't the person he represented himself to be, to me - and lying is a non-negotiable for me."
Cabot chose not to go into full detail about what happened, but said: "I wanna be really careful, because the world spoke for me and on my behalf, and I don't wanna do that to somebody else and their family.
"But I will say a lot of what was represented to me was not true."
According to Cabot, she had been in the process of divorcing her husband for more than a month at the time, while Byron had led her to believe he was also separated from his wife, something she said she "unequivocally" believed when she invited him to the concert.

"But it doesn’t matter... that would’ve been better at the end of the day if I’d just run into him, but he knows how closely Andy and I work together. He knows we socially got lunches and got drinks. It was fine."
"He knows the nature of my work and the way (I work). I’ve shared desks with the CEOs I work with. It’s a very close relationship so it didn’t matter," she added.

Months after the now-infamous Coldplay kiss cam moment went viral, the woman at the center of the scandal is finally speaking out, and she's making one thing clear: it wasn’t an affair.
Kristin Cabot, 53, a former Chief People Officer at tech firm Astronomer, was caught cuddling up to then-CEO Andy Byron, 51, on a massive jumbotron during Coldplay’s July 16 concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.
The moment instantly blew up online, especially after frontman Chris Martin called it out in real time.
“Either they’re having an affair, or they’re very shy,” he joked, as Cabot tried to hide her face and Byron muttered: “F****** hell, it’s me.”

In a new interview, Cabot says what the crowd saw was a “one-time, alcohol-fueled mistake” - not a relationship.
“I made a bad decision and had a couple of High Noons and danced and acted inappropriately with my boss,” she told The New York Times. “And it's not nothing. And I took accountability and I gave up my career for that. That's the price I chose to pay.”
She admitted to having a “crush” on her boss and said she was excited to introduce him to her friends, but claimed they had not even kissed before that night.
Despite drinking tequila cocktails, dancing, and sharing a kiss in the VIP balcony, she insisted that it was the first and only time.
Still, the backlash was swift and brutal. Cabot says she received more than 60 threats on her life, was branded an “adulterer” in public, and has faced constant online humiliation.
“I want my kids to know that you can make mistakes, and you can really screw up,” she said. “But you don’t have to be threatened to be killed for them.”
In a previous report, a source close to Cabot said the media got it all wrong as the former Chief People Officer was already in the process of divorcing her husband, Andrew, before attending the concert.
Ironically, he was also at the show that night - with a date of his own.
According to PEOPLE, they emphasized that while it was “inappropriate” for Cabot to hug her boss, whom she had an "excellent working relationship with," in public, there was no romantic involvement.
Cabot instantly knew how bad it looked. “I’m the head of HR and he’s the CEO. It’s, like, so cliché and so bad,” she recalled to the NYT.
She and Byron rushed to her Boston apartment and drafted an email to the company board, but it was too late; the footage had already gone viral on TikTok.
Amid the viral backlash, both resigned from their roles at Astronomer. The company issued a statement saying: “Our leaders are expected to set the standard… and recently, that standard was not met.”
Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, reportedly deleted her social media accounts and removed her surname from online profiles following the incident.
