Society, as a whole, is obsessed with appearance. We are constantly surrounded by images of "
beauty", whether it be in advertisements, social media or fashion websites. Through celebrities such as the
Kardashian family, body image has become the focal point of much of our lives - with many people aspiring to be toned, chiselled and tanned. However, unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you see it) for some, they are not genetically created to societies convention of "beauty".
