Billboard magazine has named their Woman of the Year! No, it's not the biker that flipped off Trump. It's 25-year-old singer Selena Gomez. She certainly went through a lot in 2017. She broke up with her boyfriend, The Weeknd, after ten months of dating. She battled the autoimmune disease lupus, in which the body's immune system attacks its own healthy tissue. And due to complications with the incurable illness, she underwent a kidney transplant. She rocked the American Movie Awards, in her first performance in over a year. She reunited with her former beau, floppy-haired bad boy Justin Beiber. She raised half a million dollars to find a help find cure for lupus. And most importantly, she declared peace with Bella Hadid with one Instagram like - thank God! The tabloids might be hoping for the pop stars to feud - and make some very catchy club-ready diss tracks - but the "Wolves" singer says the split was amicable. “Something that I’m really proud of is that there’s such a true friendship [between us]," said Selena. Years before, when she broke up The Biebs, they had an infamous Instagram war, so this was a new situation. "I truly have never experienced anything like that in my life. We ended it as best friends, and it was genuinely about encouraging and caring [for each other], and that was pretty remarkable for me." Selena also explained why she wanted to reignite her relationship with on-again, off-again flame Justin Bieber. "I’m 25. I’m not 18, or 19, or 20. I cherish people who have really impacted my life. So maybe before, it could have been forcing something that wasn't right. But that doesn't mean caring for someone ever goes away." The "Wolves" singer compared her relationship with Justin to other longtime friends. "I grew up with Demi [Lovato]. Nick and Joe [Jonas] and Miley [Cyrus]," explained Selena. "We’ve gone through seasons in our lives...I grew up with all of these people, and it’s so cool to see where everybody is. It comes back to the idea of me remaining full. I think a true representation of love is beyond just yourself...The littlest things are impactful." While Selena's every move is under media scrutiny - even Jennifer Lawrence couldn't resist asking Kim Kardashian about the return of Jelena - it seems like she's in a good place. Maybe it's because of the "five foot teddy bear" she keeps in her North Hollywood home. Whatever the reason, it's nice to see a young celebrity who's still optimistic, and not jaded or bitter, after such a nasty healthy scare. And while you might hate The Biebs, it seems like they have a healthy relationship. It's quite a journey, to go from The Wizards Of Waverly Place to becoming Woman Of The Year (although I think they should have given the honor to that biker who flipped off Trump).

Selena Gomez has shouted out her relationship status at the top of her lungs after recent rumors about her love life.

The 30-year-old singer attempted to lay the gossip to rest this week with a TikTok of her and some friends attending a soccer match.

Gomez's video comes not long after she has been romantically linked to several celebs, including former One Directioner Zayn Malik. In fact, the pair were spotted dining at a swanky restaurant in New York in late March, where they were apparently seen canoodling and getting rather intimate.

Since breaking up with Justin Bieber for the final time in 2018, Gomez has also been linked to Drew Taggart from The Chainsmokers and The Weeknd.

However, it looks like Gomez is happily flying solo, as in the clip she can be seen shouting: "I'm single" at the men playing in the distance.

"I'm just a little high maintenance but I love you all so much," she adds.

The 'Good For You' musician did get a few chuckles from her friends, but the players were too focused on the game to notice her. "The struggle man lol," she captioned the video, which has over five million likes.

Aside from her love life, Gomez has been in and out of the headlines for her media-fueled feud with Hailey Bieber - her ex's wife.

In case you somehow missed it, the 'Love You Like A Love Song' singer has been involved in the apparent feud for years, with the latest development occurring earlier this year when the 26-year-old model reportedly enlisted the help of Kylie Jenner to taunt Gomez in a series of social media posts (both women have since denied it).

This eventually led to the Only Murders in the Building actress responding to announce that she will be taking a "break" from TikTok. "I'm going to be taking a second from social media because this is a little silly. I'm 30 and am too old for this. But I love you so much and I'll see you guys sooner than later. I'm just gonna take a break from everything," she said.

However, Gomez came online once again after announcing her "break" to plead with her followers to be kinder. Taking to TikTok, she wrote: "Thank you and love you all so much. I'm deeply grateful for each and every one of you humans. You make me unbelievably happy."

She added: "Please be kind and consider other people's mental health. My heart has been heavy, and I only want good for everyone. All my love [...]."

With the media and fans watching her every move, it's no wonder Gomez wants to put gossip about her to rest - even if she has to shout it at the top of her lungs!

The drama on this one keeps on escalating. First, we had pics of Disney diva Selena Gomez hanging out with her ex-boyf Justin Bieber. Soon after the news came out that the exes were spending time together again, people turned to The Weekend, the singer whom Gomez has been dating for almost a year now. Indeed, before further rumours could fly, The Weeknd and Gomez announced their official split at the end of October. Next thing you know, people are highly suspicious that Gomez and Bieber's relationship, that was on-and-off from 2011 to 2014, could be back on in full-swing again. The pair were photographed going to a sports game together, where Beiber lent his jersey to the 25-year-old in a classic move of "chivalry". They were snapped riding bicycles around town together, looking so gleeful chasing each other and throwing their heads back in laughter that you'd think it's all a trailer for some terrible new film. All this is going on and being reported on – much to the delight of all the Jelena lovers who were in sad denial the two ever stopped loving each other since they broke up – but not so much welcome news for The Weeknd, who hasn't really said anything about the couple's reunion. He seemed to be brooding, with fans noticing the singer went and unfollowed a bunch of Gomez's friends and family on Instagram. The 21-year-old model with a superhero's name briefly dated Bieber back in 2015, but now seems to have eyes on her ex's ex's ex. It's confusing, I know. He was there for a solid two hours with her and everywhere they went they held hands." "He was parading her around. He was trying to make it obvious that he was with someone. They were pretty affectionate and were together the entire night." That wasn't easy on them." Bieber and Gomez started hanging out while she and The Weeknd were still together, and it was initially reported that he was fine that the exes were still friends. They reconnected following Gomez's kidney transplant in summer, but the amount of time they've been spending together has certainly increased. Whether The Weeknd really was so cool with it all is questionable, especially given his attempts to subtly erase Gomez from his social media and the fact that he's now going after her new beau's ex. It all seems a little petty to me. Sorry, a LOT petty.  

Now, we want to start out by saying that this is all just rumors and speculation. For all we know, in one week one of them will say something and this entire news cycle will be rendered mute. But for the time being, lots of sites are speculating, so why not? From Page Six to the Daily Beast, rumors of a Bieber-Gomez reconciliation are on the rise, largely based on the fact that the two have been together several times this week, including one visit at church. On Sunday, Bieber and Gomez were spotted at JOi Cafe in Westlake Village, California, enjoying breakfast together. The Weeknd (whose real name was Abel) was initially fine with the church outing, thinking that is was wholly platonic. But after this Sunday breakfast, a source told E! that: “Abel is upset about Selena hanging out with Justin, especially twice in the same week.” It's funny how rapidly things change. Just a few weeks ago, Bieber was on the outside looking in, and now The Weeknd is the one frustratedly watching, unsure if he's okay with what's going on. Celebrity relationships must be hellishly public, to have all this stuff aired. But, it's not as if Abel can't rebound fairly rapidly, at speeds challenging light itself. A friend of Bieber's told People: “Justin is aware Selena’s family is not thrilled they are hanging out. They think he caused Selena a lot of grief. Justin hopes he can prove to them that he has changed...He has changed a lot in the past few months. He is a very different person. They have a lot to talk about and are having fun catching up.” So, it seems like Bieber is also on a redemption tour here. On the topic of Selena and Abel's break-up, People also reported: “She and Abel have been going back and forth for a few months about their relationship. It’s been hard with him being on tour and her in New York. That wasn’t easy for them.” Page Six reported that a source said: “Everyone wants love, but his [Abel's] focus is the business. He’s building a legacy. He’s young and successful with money and can have any girl he wants. Their relationship kind of came out of nowhere.” A different source said: "He’s a supreme player. He hits the scene hard. [Selena’s] more subtle with it." So, what do you think? Bieber and Gomez, of course, dated for like six years, going on and off constantly, until finally they went their separate ways. Now, if the speculation is true, the two are at least hanging out, if not back together. The Weeknd, Gomez and Bieber will all likely start dropping projects soon. So maybe that can be some kind of confrontation for the three of them? If they are together, that's cool, maybe they'll get married. If not, it's good to have friends you've known for a long time. Win-win. Except maybe Abel, who is reportedly angry at Drake for having sex with his ex-girlfriend. Ouch. It's alright, The Weekn…

Whether it's Kylie Jenner's newborn or Khloé Kardashian's unborn, we just can't stop Keeping Up with celebrity gossip. But now that the veritable media maelstrom surrounding Stormi Webster and Chicago West has died down, we're understandably in need of something else to preoccupy ourselves with. And luckily, I have just the thing - Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber, who spent six out of seven days together two weeks ago - are reportedly on a break.

Decades from now, anthropologists will look back at the latter half of 2017 as the time when Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber added yet another chapter to their love story. Back in October, the couple were spotted riding bikes and attending church together. This caused every media outlet to assume that they had re-coupled following Selena's split from The Weeknd, and it certainly seemed to make sense. Months passed without a hint of trouble; Selena cheered Justin on at a hockey scrimmage, they spent New Year's Eve together and even got hot and sweaty at hot yoga - you've got it - together. 

Well... that is until now.

According to E! Entertainment, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are purportedly on a break. However, fans of Jelena needn't worry themselves too much as the outlet has stressed that the split is not permanent. "They were having a lot of little disagreements recently and one fight in particular blew up and caused them to decide to 'break up,' however, they've been in contact the entire time and their feelings for each other have not changed," a source explained to the news source. "They will absolutely get back together and they are not over, but they both need some time away from each other."

So while they are still technically together, the source clarified that it "doesn't mean things are perfect between them. They have issues just like any other couple".

The paparazzi and never-ending news coverage is reportedly a reason for the break. "They both have expressed that they have been feeling overwhelmed with a lot of pressure that has come with their public relationship, and haven't been seeing eye to eye on things," a second source added.

The media outlet also asserted that Gomez is in the process of "mending" her relationship with her mother, Mandy Teefey, who has been outspoken about her dislike of Bieber. "Things are not amazing between them," the second source elaborated.

The 25-year-old was last seen with Bieber on the 28th February, when they attended church together. She did not attend his go-karting birthday party the following day. However, she did make things "Instagram official" by posting a birthday tribute to him that afternoon, writing " March 1, 1994 someone I know that happens to be super cool was born. Boom."

Well, it appears that all hope is not yet lost. I mean, we're talking about Jelena here, being on-again-off-again is just par for the course.
