Billie Eilish didn't hold back when she spoke out against Texas' new abortion law during a recent set at the Austin City Limits Music Festival...

The singer, 19, hit out at the controversial new legislation, Senate Bill 8, which bans abortions after six weeks in Texas as it took effect after the Supreme Court's inaction.

This means that abortion after six weeks is illegal in the state - which is before many people even know they are pregnant, CNN reports.

Private lawsuits can therefore be brought against any pregnant person seeking to have an abortion after six weeks. This amounts to a near-total ban on abortions and has no provision for victims of rape or incest.

And the 'Bad Guy' hitmaker had some stern words for the Texas lawmakers during her set, saying: "I'm sick and tired of old men," adding that she was on the brink of canceling her performance due to the "s***" law in the state.

"When they made that s*** a law, I almost didn’t want to do the show, because I wanted to punish this f***ing place for allowing that to happen here," the singer said, per Independent, before raising her middle finger in the air and yelling: "My body, my f***ing choice."

It's not the first time the Grammy Award-winner hit out at the new abortion law.

Last month, Eilish slammed the new legislation, saying: "I really wish men cared more".

After hearing news of the law coming into effect, the star shared her frustration at seeing few men talking about the ruling.

Writing on her Instagram Story on September 3, Eilish reshared a number of posts criticizing the new laws.

"I really wish men cared more," she wrote. "I'm so f**kin tired. Makes me sick how many men say nothing when it comes to women's rights."

The 19-year-old went on to repost an image, per Insider, which read: "If you and your 'homies' or 'bros' aren't talking about the abortion laws in Texas, chances are you’re part of the problem."
