Singer Billie Eilish has taken out a restraining order on an obsessive fan.
The 18-year-old singer was granted the restraining order against a 24-year-old man, Prenell Rousseau. According to the order, the man had repeatedly visited Eilish's address over the past week and tried to gain entry.
TMZ reports that Eilish and her family have had to have Rousseau removed from the property on multiple occasions since he began stalking the singer a week ago.
Danielle Bregoli talks about attempting to befriend Billie Eilish on Instagram Live:The 24-year-old is alleged to have attempted to gain access to Eilish's home, then rang the doorbell before speaking to the 18-year-old's father and security guards. It's also been claimed that he took a nap outside the property.
Rousseau spoke to Eilish's father through the intercom, asking if the 18-year-old was on the property, before leaving to return a few hours later.
Recounting the unnerving situation, Eilish said: "While we waited for security, Mr. Rousseau remained on our porch, sat down and began to read a book, while also continuing to engage in a periodic monologue. My father repeatedly asked him to leave, but he refused."

Eilish enlisted the help of a law firm, McPherson LLP, to begin filing a restraining order against Rousseau. A judge has now granted a temporary order banning Rousseau from coming within 200 yards of Eilish or her family.
A follow up hearing about the issue is scheduled to take place on June 1.
However, this is far from the first problem that Eilish has had with her fans since she catapulted to fame. After a number of YouTubers pretended to be the star in public, she called them out on social media for baiting her unsuspecting fans.
She wrote on Instagram stories: "Please stop doing this s***.
"It is not safe for you and it is mean to the people who don't know any better you make me look bad."
